Adjust the belt by positioning the internal attachment on belt number found on the previous step.
Then adjust the other side external attachment and bend the belt to get a S-like shape.
Without electrodes, find and touch your spinal column with your fingers, then place the center of the back belt
on your spinal column. The notches on the belt should facilitate the positioning.
Position the front of the belt and tighten and close from the right.
