5. DEVICE OBJECTIVES/PROGRAMS

Ab Objectives (only front electrodes used)
I want to tone my abs
I want to reduce my waist
I want to sculpt my abs
Lower Back Objectives (only back electrodes used)
I want to reinforce my lower back
I want to relax my back
I want to help relieve my back pain
Core Objectives (front and back electrodes used)
I want to reinforce my core stability
I want to work hard to get result 1*
I want to work hard to get result 2*
Please note that to get results it is recommended to perform at least 1 session per day for 1-2 week if you seek
low back pain relief and at least 3 sessions per week for at least 6 weeks if you want to facilitate/improve your
muscle performance. On average, a session lasts 20min. For more information on the Objectives, follow the
app's guidance.
* These objectives combine muscle stimulation and active workout at the same time.
