9.16 Mounting the carriage
plate on Precision Modules
with sealing strip
• Place O-ring (1) in the lube port (2) of
the carriage.
• Place the carriage plate on the carriage
and loosely insert the screws (3).
• Drive in two pins (4).
• Tighten the screws (3).
F Tightening torques ! 9.3
• Close the screw and pin holes with
plastic protective caps.
9.17 Mounting the sealing strip
Do not grip the steel strip with
bare hands. Risk of injury!
• Soak any dry felts in oil for at least
5 minutes.
• Slide the steel strip through the car-
riage and the deflectors (5).
• Push the deflectors (6) down on the
steel strip and screw them into place
on the carriage plate.

• Screw the steel strip down on the end
blocks using strip clamps (7).
F The steel strip is held against the
frame by two magnetic strips (8).
9.18 Replacement of the frame
F In order to guarantee the accuracy
of the Precision Module after replace-
ment of the frame, we recommend send-
ing in the complete Precision Module to
Bosch Rexroth AG.

protection
• Placer le joint torique (1) dans le raccord
de lubrification (2) du plateau.
• Placer le support plateau sur le plateau
et prémonter les vis (3).
• Introduire deux goupilles (4).
• Serrer les vis (3).

• Obturer les trous de vis et de goupilles
à l'aide de capuchons de protection en
plastique.
9.17 Montage de la bande de
protection
Ne pas manipuler la bande de pro-
tection en acier à mains nues. Danger de
blessures !
• Imbiber d'huile pendant au moins 5 mi-
nutes les feutres qui ne le sont pas.
• Insérer la bande de protection dans le
support plateau et dans les renvois (5).
• Appliquer les renvois (6) sur la bande
de protection en acier et les serrer sur
le support plateau.

• Fixer la bande de protection en acier
avec les maintiens de bande (7) sur les
traverses.
F La bande en acier est maintenue sur
le corps principal par deux bandes aiman-
tées (8).
9.18 Remplacement du corps
principal
F Nous recommandons d'envoyer
tout le module de précision à Bosch
Rexroth AG pour en assurer la préci-
sion après le remplacement du corps
principal.

• Piazzare l'anello O-ring (1) nell'attacco
per la lubrificazione (2) della tavola.
• Piazzare il piano attacco tavola sulla
tavola e premontare le viti (3).
• Inserire due spine (4).
• Serrare saldamente le viti (3).
F Coppie di serraggio ! 9.3
• Chiudere i fori delle viti e delle spine
con cappucci in plastica.
9.17 Montare la protezione a
lamina
Non toccare la lamina in acciaio
a mani nude. Pericolo di ferirsi per gli
spigoli taglienti!
• Immergere in olio i filtri non imbevuti
d'olio per almeno 5 minuti.
• Introdurre la lamina in acciaio attraver-
so la base attacco tavola e i deviatori
(5).
• Premere i deviatori (6) contro la lamina
d'acciaio ed avvitare saldamente alla
base attacco tavola.

• Avvitare la lamina in acciaio con pia-
strine di bloccaggio lamina (7) alle
testate.
F La lamina in acciaio viene tenuta sul
profilato di base da due listelli magnetici
(8).
9.18 Sostituire il profilato di
base
F Al fine di garantire la precisione
del modulo, raccomandiamo di spedire
il modulo di precisione completo alla
Bosch Rexroth per la sostituzione del
profilato di base.
