Mounting the second belt sprocket
and motor for i = 1.5
• Depending on the version:
• Push the belt sprocket and tension-
ing unit onto the motor spigot, or
• Push only the belt sprocket onto the
motor spigot.
• Adjust distance C to the motor housing.
• Depending on the version:
• Mount the tensioning unit ! 6.4.3 ,
or
• Fix the belt sprocket in place with a
set screw (1).
• Insert the motor and pre-mount with
motor tensioning strips (2).
• Fix the screws (3) in the holes in the
end faces of the motor tensioning
strips (4).
F The pretensioning force F depends
on the sizes of the Precision Module, the
motor, belt sprockets, and on the torque.
The pretensioning values are indicated
on the inner side of the gear cover. If the
timing belt side drive is not mounted hori-
zontally, take account of the dead weight
of the motor!
• Pull the motor away from the Precision
Module with pretensioning force F and
screw the motor in place on the timing
belt side drive (5).

du moteur pour : i = 1,5
• Selon l'exécution :
• Enfiler la poulie et la frette sur la
sortie du moteur, ou
• Enfiler la poulie seulement sur la
sortie du moteur.
• Régler l'écartement C par rapport au
boîtier.
• Selon l'exécution :
• Monter la frette ! 6.4.3 , ou
• Fixer la poulie avec des vis sans tête
(1).
• Introduire le moteur et le prémonter
avec les réglettes (2).
• Visser les vis (3) dans les filetages situés
sur la face avant des deux réglettes du
moteur (4).
F La force de précharge F dépend de
la taille du module de précision, des mo-
teurs et des poulies ainsi que du couple
de rotation. Les valeurs de précharge sont
indiquées à l'intérieur du couvercle du ré-
ducteur. Lorsque le renvoi par poulie et
courroie n'est pas horizontal lors du mon-
tage, tenir compte de la masse propre du
moteur !
• La force de précharge F éloigne le mo-
teur du module de précision. Fixer le
moteur sur le renvoi par poulie et cour-
roie (5).

Montare la seconda puleggia della
cinghia ed il motore con i = 1,5
• A seconda del modello:
• calzare la puleggia della cinghia ed
il calettatore sul codolo del motore
oppure
• calzare soltanto la puleggia della
cinghia sul codolo del motore.
• Regolare la distanza C verso il supporto
del motore.
• A seconda del modello:
• montare il calettatore ! 6.4.3 ,
oppure
• fissare la puleggia della cinghia con
grano filettato (1).
• Infilare il motore e premontare con
listelli del motore (2).
• Fissare le viti (3) nei fori filettati che si
trovano sul lato frontale dei listelli del
motore (4).
F La forza di precarico F dipende dalle
dimensioni dei moduli di precisione, dai
motori, dalle pulegge ed anche dalla
coppia. I valori di precarico sono indicati
sul lato interno del coperchio del rotismo.
Se durante il montaggio la trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia non si trova in posi-
zione orizzontale, considerare il peso del
motore!
• Al fine di precaricare la trasmissione a
cinghia e puleggia, tirare direttamente
il motore con forza di precarico F e
chiudere e avvitarlo saldamente al
supporto (5).
