Removing the fixed bearing, cont'd
• Remove the set screw (1) through the
hole in the end block.
• Unscrew the grooved nut (2).
• Remove the screws from the end block.
• Pull the end block off the frame.
Removing the fixed bearing from
the end block
• Lay the end block down on a solid
surface.
• Use an appropriate tool (3) to force
the fixed bearing out of the end block.
Do not re-use any dismantled
bearings!
Démontage du palier fixe (suite)
• Desserrer la vis sans tête (1) à travers
le trou dans la traverse.
• Dévisser l'écrou à encoche (2).
• Dévisser les vis de fixation.
• Retirer la traverse du corps principal.
Retirer le palier fixe de la traverse
• Poser la traverse sur un support dur.
• Extraire le roulement de la traverse à
l'aide d'un dispositif adéquat (3).
Ne pas réutiliser les roulements
démontés !

Smontare il cuscinetto di vincolo

• Allentare il grano filettato (1) attra-
verso il foro della testata.
• Svitare la ghiera a tacche (2).
• Svitare le viti.
• Estrarre la testata dal profilato di base.
Smontare il cuscinetto di vincolo
assiale dalla testata
• Appoggiare la testata su un supporto
fisso.
• Facendo pressione con un dispositivo
adatto (3) far fuoriuscire il cuscinetto
di vincolo assiale dalla testata.
Non utilizzare più i cuscinetti
smontati!
