Description
Transfer of the spot number
Pressure feedback, is passed on to the PU in order to carry out a
setpoint / actual value comparison, if necessary.
Feedback signal from prop valve control ok. If this bit = 0, the error
"Timer_Error_Propotional Valve" is set with the addition "PropValve
error in external control".
This error is self-acknowledging.
Feedback signal from prop valve voltage ok. If this bit = 0, the error
"Timer_Error_Propotional Valve" is set with the addition "PropValve
error in the external supply voltage".
This error is self-acknowledging.
The production number is entered in the Weld log.

Signal description PRC7000 outputs

Description
After an error-free welding cycle, the WC is set as long as the start
is set.
If no start is set after the process has been completed, the WC is
set for approx. 50 ms.
Is set if a dressing request or dressing is necessary.
Is set if a change request is pending.
Is set if electrode change is necessary.
Control is ready
Last process was finished with error.
Is reset with error reset.
Is set if no monitoring blocks or no readjustment are active.
External, global and spot-related weld on are switched on.
With new electrode and set electrode parameter "Start dressing"
this output is set.
With new electrode and not set electrode parameter "Start
dressing" this output is set.
