5.1.1

Application of Liftgate

• Mounting kit which can store a conveyor belt BS 2/... vertically in order to allow
free passage when the belt is in an upright position.

Design of Liftgate

• Mounting kit for belt sections
– BS 2, b = 160 mm to b = 1200 mm.
– BS 2/C-100, b = 240 mm to b = 1200 mm.
– BS 2/R-300, b = 240 mm to b = 1200 mm.
– Combination of belt ST 2/C-H, drive AS 2/C-100, and baffl e
UM 2/C-60 (ST 2/C-H + AS 2/C-100 + UM 2/C-60), b = 240 mm to b = 1200 mm.
– Combination of belt ST 2/R-H, drive AS 2/R-300, and baffl e
UM 2/R-60 (ST 2/R-H + AS 2/R-300 + UM 2/R-60), b = 240 mm to b = 1200 mm.
• Passage width 600 mm to b = 1800 mm
• In open position 85° open, locked
• Mechanical unlocking
• Safety switch in off position
• Can be used as horizontal transverse
