3.3 PID-Temperature Control

The PID-temperature regulation allows for an adjustment of the temperature in the boiler. This means
that you can brew your coffee at different temperatures. The PID-display indicates the boiler temperature.

MACHINE INSTALLATION

Attach the lever handle to the brew group and make sure that it is properly fastened.
The installation is to be carried out by qualified specialists exclusively, according to
the following instructions and in compliance with valid laws and local regulations.
Caution danger of injury!
If the portafilter is not inserted properly, there is a great risk of injury. Never remove
the portafilter when there is remaining pressure in the piston of the brew group.
It is not possible to interrupt the brewing process. Do not remove the portafilter until the
lever is back in neutral position (vertical).
