Mounting the motor complete with
motor mount and push-fit coupling

• Place the motor mount in the locating
recess of the ball rail table and screw
firmly into place.
• Align the motor so that the two
coupling halves fit into each other, and
press the coupling strongly together so
that the two halves join.
• Align the motor with the centring bore
of the motor mount and insert it into
the centring recess. Screw firmly into
place.
Before using for the first time,
check the EMERGENCY STOP switch!
Run through the first operating
cycles at reduced speed in order to test the
operation of the limit switches and the
interaction of mechanical and electronic
systems.
6.3 Dismantling a motor with
motor mount
If the ball rail table is mounted
vertically or at an inclined angle, the
carriage must be prevented from
crashing down!
Disconnect from mains!
• For the version with bellows coupling
only: loosen the fixing screws of the
bellows coupling at the end next to the
motor.
• Unscrew the motor from the motor
mount and remove.

• Introduire la lanterne dans le centrage
de la table sur rails de guidage et la
fixer.
• Aligner le moteur en faisant coïncider
son moyeu d'accouplement avec l'autre
et les emboîter avec force.
• Positionner le moteur dans le centrage
de la lanterne, l'introduire et le fixer.
Contrôler l'interrupteur d'arrêt
d'urgence avant la première course !
Effectuer les premiers cycles à vitesse
réduite en vue de tester le fonc-
tionnement de fin de course et d'opti-
miser l'interaction entre la mécanique et
l'électronique.
6.3 Démontage du moteur avec
lanterne
Si la table sur rails de guidage est
montée verticalement ou inclinée,
prévenir la chute du plateau !
Couper l'alimentation électrique !
• Seulement pour l'exécution avec
accouplement à soufflet, desserrer les
vis de fixation de l'accouplement du
côté moteur.
• Dévisser le moteur de la lanterne et le
déposer.

• Avvitare la flangia alla traversa frontale
della piastra base.
• Allineare il motore in modo che i due
semigiunti combacino tra di loro e
pressarli assialmente tra loro per
ottenere l'innesto.
• Allineare e accoppiare il centraggio del
motore con quello della flangia e
avvitare col serraggio dovuto.
Prima di effettuare l'avvia-mento
della tavola, si deve verificare la
funzionalità dell'interruttore per l'arresto
di emergenza.
Eseguire i primi cicli a velocità
ridotta per verificare la funzionalità degli
interruttori di fine corsa e per ottimizzare il
comportamento meccanico con la parte
elettronica.
6.3 Smontaggio del motore con
flangia
Evitare che la tavola scivoli in
basso quando la piastra base è
posizionata inclinata o in verticale.
Disinserire la tensione !
• Solo nella versione con giunto ad
innesto occorre allentare le viti di
fissaggio del giunto sul lato motore.
• Svitare e rimuovere il motore dalla
flangia.
