Ablaufkontrolle
Der Vorvereinzeler / Hauptvereinzeler
(VVE = vor HP 2/L,
HVE = nach HP 2/L)
vereinzelt bzw. stoppt ankommende
Werkstückträger WT.
– Beide Vereinzeler (VVE, HVE) sind
entweder geschlossen oder VVE
offen und HVE geschlossen, wenn
die Bearbeitungsstation leer und
der Pneumatikzylinder in unterer
Endlage ist.
– Auf Signal (z.B. von Handtaster
oder Schalter S4) öffnet
Vereinzeler VVE.
– Werkstückträger WT belegt
Schalter S2.
– Vereinzeler VVE schließt, stoppt
nachfolgende Werkstückträger WT.
– Vereinzeler HVE stoppt Werkstück-
träger WT über der HP 2 / L.
– Durch Belegung von
Schalter S3 und S6 fährt die
HP 2 / L in die obere Endlage.
– Durch Belegung von Schalter S5 in
der oberen Endlage kann der Be-
arbeitungs- oder Montagevorgang
freigegeben werden.
– Nach Ablauf des Vorgangs fährt
die HP 2/L auf S6 in die untere
Endlage.
– Durch Belegung von
Schalter S6 und S3 wird der
Vereinzeler HVE geöffnet.
– Werkstückträger WT belegt Schal-
ter S4, Vereinzeler HVE 2 schließt.

Sequencing check
The preliminary stop gate/main stop gate
(VVE = upstream from HP 2 / L,
HVE = downstream from HP 2 / L)
stop and separate incoming WT work-
piece pallets.
– Both stop gates (VVE, HVE) are
either closed or the VVE is closed
and the HVE open if the processing
station is empty and the pneumatic
cylinder in the lower end position.
– The VVE opens on a signal (e.g.
from a manual button or S4 switch).
– WT workpiece pallet occupies the
S2 switch.
– VVE closes and stops the next WT
workpiece pallet.
– HVE stops the WT workpiece pallet
via HP 2 / L.
– As switches S3 and S6 are
activated, HP 2 / L moves into the
upper end position.
– The processing or assembly proce-
dure can be released if switch S5 is
activated in the upper end position.
– The HP 2 / L moves into the lower
end position at S6 after completion
of the process.
– The HVE is opened when switches
S6 and S3 are activated.
– WT workpiece pallet activates
switch S4, HVE 2 closes (original
position)

Le séparateur initial VVE et le séparateur
principal HVE
(VVE = avant HP 2/L,
HVE = après HP 2/L)
séparent ou stoppent les palettes
porte-pièces WT qui arrivent.
– Les deux séparateurs (VVE, HVE)
sont soit fermés ou VVE est ouvert
tandis que HVE est fermé si le
poste de travail est vide et si le vérin
pneumatique se trouve en position
inférieure de fi n de course.
– Le séparateur VVE s'ouvre en
réaction au signal (p. ex. du commu-
tateur manuel ou du commutateur
S4).
– Le commutateur S2 est affecté à la
palette porte-pièces WT.
– Le séparateur VVE se ferme, puis
stoppe la palette porte-pièces WT
suivante.
– Le séparateur HVE stoppe la palette
porte-pièces WT par le biais de
HP 2/L.
– L'affectation des commutateurs S3
et S6 permet à HP 2/L de passer
en position supérieure de fi n de
course.
– L'affectation du commutateur S5 en
position supérieure de fi n de course
permet de valider les opérations
de traitement et d'usinage ou de
montage.
– Quand le processus est terminé
HP 2/L est affecté à S6 et passe en
position inférieure de fi n de course.
– L'affectation des commutateurs S6
et S3 permet au séparateur HVE de
s'ouvrir.
– Le commutateur S4 est affecté à
la palette porte-pièces WT tandis
que le séparateur HVE 2 se ferme
(position de sortie)
