Pneumatikzylinder erneuern
ohne HP 2/L aus der Station
auszubauen
Ausbau

Schutzkasten demontieren.
Hierbei Schraube nur 1 / 2 Umdre-
hung herausdrehen. Bei fehlender
Schraube könnte Schmutz in die
Führung gelangen.

Pneumatikleitung lösen.

Stecker der Näherungsschalter
abziehen.
VORSICHT
Der gelöste Pneumatik-
zylinder könnte herab-
fallen.

Schrauben lösen, Pneumatikzylinder
mit einer Hand währenddessen
halten.

Einbau

Pneumatikzylinder in Richtung
der Schmiernippel im Langloch
anschlagen.

Pneumatikzylinder montieren, hierbei
Maß X = 2,5 mm einstellen und Teile
mit Loctite sichern; Drehmomente
einhalten.

Abschließend erneut einrichten.

Replacing the pneumatic cylinder
without disassembling the HP 2 / L from
the station
Disassembly

Disassemble the housing element.
To do this, unscrew the screw by
only 1 / 2 a revolution. Contamination
may penetrate the guide if the screw
is missing.

Loosen the pneumatic line.

Remove the plug for the proximity
switch.
CAUTION
The loosened pneumatic
cylinder may fall out.

Hold the pneumatic cylinder with one
hand while loosening the screws.

Installation

Insert the pneumatic cylinder in the
elongated hole in the direction of the
lubricating nipple.

Assemble the pneumatic cylinder,
set dimension X = 2.5 mm and secure
parts with Loctite; observe torques.

Set again.

Assemble the housing element.

Remplacer le vérin pneumatique
sans démonter HP 2/L et l'extraire du
poste de travail
Démontage

Démonter le carter de protection.
Pour cela, desserrer la vis seulement
d'un 1/2 tour. Si la vis manque, des
impuretés peuvent se former dans le
guidage.

Défaire la conduite pneumatique.

Retirer la prise des détecteurs de
proximité.
ATTENTION
Le vérin pneumatique
démonté pourrait tom-
ber par terre !

Desserrer les vis tout en retenant le
vérin pneumatique avec la main.

Montage

Placer le vérin pneumatique dans
le trou longitudinal en direction des
graisseurs.

Monter le vérin pneumatique en
réglant la dimension X = 2,5 mm
et en collant les pièces avec du
Loctite ; respecter les couples de
serrage.

Pour fi nir, effectuer à nouveau les
réglages.

Monter le carter de protection.
