5 Functional description
The device is designed for the automatic storage of welding torch necks. The following shows
how each component is used:
Assembly

Function
Holding fork:
• Holding the welding torch neck.
Lifting unit:
• The stroke of the latching fork locks and unlocks the
cable assembly connector to the welding torch
neck.
• Moves vertically and changes the position of the
latching fork.
Latching fork:
• Engages with the cable assembly connector.
• Moves horizontally and engages with the
interlocking of the welding torch neck in the cable
assembly.
