1 Identification

1.1 Installation declaration

NOTICE
The TES welding torch neck exchange system must be integrated in the safety circuit of the
entire system. To comply with items 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 of the Machinery Directive, the power
supply and the compressed air supply must switch off when the safety circuit is interrupted
(for example, when the cell door is opened or the emergency stop switch is activated). For
this we recommend switch elements with performance level C at minimum. Depending on the
accessibility of the TES in the welding system, protective devices must be used in accordance
with item 1.3 and taking into account item 1.4 of the Machinery Directive.
