12.6 Cleaning the pizza
stone
1. Let the pizza stone 11 cool down com-
pletely before you clean it.
2. Remove food residues with a scraper, a
brush or a dry sponge.
NOTE: marks on the pizza stone 11 in the
form of discolouration are normal and do
not restrict its further use.

12.7 Storing the device

DANGER for children!
Store the device out of the reach of chil-
dren.
1. Allow all accessories to dry completely
after cleaning.
2. Ideally, pack the pizza stone 11 in its
original packaging. This will give it the
best protection against damage.
3. Store the device and all accessories in a
frost-free, dry location.
