3) Turn the temperature control 4 towards MIN if you want to reduce the
temperature. Turn the temperature control 4 towards MAX if you want to
increase the temperature again.
4) Place the food to be grilled onto the griddle 1 and turn it occasionally
as required.
5) Remove the cooked food from the griddle 1 with a non-metallic object.
6) When you have finished using the appliance, turn the temperature control 4
to MIN, turn off the upper heating element using the switch 3, unplug the
mains plug from the mains socket and let appliance cool down.

The temperature setting and how long the food needs to be grilled depend on
many factors, such as the type of meat or fish, the initial temperature of the food,
how thick it is cut and personal preferences. Use the following guidelines to set
the temperature:
