6.2 Longitudinal adjustment of the footrest (Fig. 40, 41)
To adjust the footplate longitudinally, loosen the four screws on the top of the footplate until you
can move the footplate on the footrest bars (Figure 40). Tighten the screws once you have reached
the desired position. If this adjustment is not sufficient, completely unscrew the four screws and
move the footplate all the way to the front or rear (Figure 41). Then reinsert the screws, position
the footplate as desired, and tighten the screws.
If you turned the footrest bar around to reach the correct lower leg length, completely remove
the four screws. Pull the footplate forward away from the footrest bars, turn it around and put it
back into place. Then make settings as described above.
If you cannot reach the desired lower leg length because neither assembly method allows the
adjustment range of footrest bar to be positioned correctly, use the spacers provided. The spac-
ers can be installed between the footplate and the footrest bar.
The correct torque for the screw (Figures 40 and 41) is 10 Nm.

6.3 Adjusting the seat height (Fig. 42, 43)
Completely open and remove the two nuts on the front of the adjustment tube (Figure 42, mark-
ing A). Pull the U-shaped part back (Figure 43) until you can freely move the adjustment tube up
and down. Proceed in the same way on both sides.
Loosen the two outer screws on the back of the clamps that guide the footrest bar and cross
brace until the cross brace moves easily in the clamp (Figure 39, marking B).
Reposition the adjustment tube over the adjustment hole channel (Figure 42, marking B) in the de-
sired location and reinstall it by repeating the steps described above in the reverse sequence.
Firmly retighten the screws previously loosened.
Ensure that all screw connections are properly re-tightened before using the wheelchair.
INfORMATION
The correct torque for the screw (Figure 42, marking A) is 10 Nm.
