Verantwortlichkeit

Als Hersteller dieses Gerätes betrachten wir uns
für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung
des Gerätes nur dann als verantwortlich, wenn:
• Montage, Erweiterung, Neueinstellungen,
Änderungen oder Reparaturen durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Personen durchge-
führt werden,
• die elektrische Installation des Raumes, in dem
das Gerät angeschlossen und betrieben wird,
den gültigen Gesetzen und Normen entspricht
und
• das Gerät in Übereinstimmung mit der
Gebrauchsanweisung verwendet wird.

Garantie

Für die Dauer von zwei Jahren ab Übergabe an
den Endkunden leisten wir unentgeltlich Ersatz
für nachweisbar fehlerhaftes Material oder man-
gelhafte Verarbeitung. Transportkosten und
Versandrisiko können dabei nicht übernommen
werden. Im übrigen gilt die in unseren Allge -
meinen Geschäftsbedingungen angegebene
Gewährleistung.

Limitation of liability

KARL STORZ shall be liable for failure or deterio-
ration in the safe operation, operational reliability,
and performance of this equipment only subject
to the following conditions:
• all assembly operations, system expansions,
readjustments, modifications, or repairs have
been performed by a person or persons duly
authorized by KARL STORZ;
• all electrical installations at the location in
which the unit is connected and operated meet
the applicable laws and standards; and
• the unit has been used in accordance with its
operating instructions at all times.

Manufacturer's warranty

For a period of two years after delivery to the
end-user, we shall replace free of charge equip-
ment that can be proven to have defects in ma -
terial or workmanship. In so doing we cannot
accept to bear the cost of transportation or the
risk of shipment. The warranty referred to in our
Standard Conditions of Business shall apply.

Как изготовитель данного прибора, фирма
KARL STORZ несет ответственность за
безопасность, надежность и работоспособность
прибора только в том случае, если:
• монтаж, расширение возможностей,
изменение настройки, модификация или
ремонт производятся уполномоченными
фирмой KARL STORZ специалистами,
• электрическое оборудование помещения, в
котором подключен и эксплуатируется прибор,
соответствует действующим законам и
нормам и
• прибор используется согласно инструкции по
эксплуатации.
Гарантия производителя
В течение двух лет, начиная с момента передачи
конечному потребителю, мы производим бес -
плат ную замену материалов с доказуемыми
дефектами или дефектной обработкой. При этом
не может быть принята ответственность за
транспортные издержки и риск ущерба при
перевозке. В остальном действуют гарантии,
при водимые в наших общих условиях.
