The extinguishing of the touchscreen display indicates that the
DEEP BLUE system was switched off.
ADVICE
If there are swimmers near the boat while at anchor: Turn the key completely an-
ticlockwise to position 1 in order to prevent an unintentional operation of the
DEEP BLUE system.

At the end of a trip, follow the instructions in Chapter 5, "Storage"

Charging the high-voltage batteries
Danger of fire and burns from overheating or hot surfaces of the compo-
nents.
Fire and hot surfaces can result in death or severe physical injuries.
■
Do not stow flammable objects in the area of the high-voltage equipment.
■
Only use power cables and cords which are rated for outdoor use.
■
Always unroll the cables completely.
■
If the system overheats or you see smoke or steam, turn off the DEEP BLUE
system immediately.
■
Do not touch battery or motor during or shortly after use. Surfaces may be
hot.
■
Do not allow batteries or cables to be crushed, twisted or subjected to me-
chanical stress.
