Death or severe physical injuries may result.

Do not wear jewellery or loose clothing in the vicinity of the drive shaft or
the propeller. Tie up long, loose hair.
■
Switch off the DEEP BLUE system when there are people in the immediate
vicinity of the drive shaft or the propeller.
■
Do not carry out maintenance or cleaning work on the drive shaft or pro-
peller if the DEEP BLUE system is engaged.
■ Operate the propeller only when it is under water.
Danger to life from a boat which is not manoeuvrable!
This can result in severe physical injury and in death.
■
Keep oars/paddles in the boat in order to maintain manoeuvrability.
Danger to life from changing range estimates. Estimates displayed may
be incorrect or may fluctuate dramatically due to changes in weather/cur-
rent/direction of travel!

Build in a sufficient buffer to make sure of enough power to complete the
trip.
