Needle hole in feed direction

Caution: Danger of injury!
Turn off the main switch.
Only check and adjust the needle hole when the machine
is switched off.
Standard checking
The needle should go through the middle of the feed dog needle hole
when a stitch length of "0" is set.
–
Set stitch length to "0".
–
Fit a new needle.
–
Turn the needle bar down with the hand wheel.
–
Check the position of the needle in the needle hole.
Correction
–
Undo screw 2 on the top transfer lever.
–
Set the needle bar crank so that the needle is in the middle of the
needle hole.
–
Tighten screw 2 again.
