3. Determination and application
As a producer of hot water in general, applicable everywhere, where hot water is needed spontaneously.
It is also possible to mix the water with detergents. In that case special attention has to be paid to the choice of the material of
the water leading parts.
The ranges of applications are preferably the cleaning technique, for example:
vehicle cleaning in the automobile section, but also the making available of process-heat in the industrial area. Increased
capacity can be reached by parallel mounting of several machines.

4. Operating Elements

The operating elements are constructed in a simple manner, concentrating on the necessary.
They consist of the following elements:
Master switch
(Digital)Thermostat
Interference suppressor button of the firing automat : Reset in case of flame disturbance.

Temperature limiting safety device
(Before activating this button the cause of the excess temperature must be found and eliminated).
The control system of the combustion chamber is situated in a switch box.
The interference suppressor button of the temperature limiting safety device is situated at the right side of the switch box.

5. Functional description

In case of a heat demand via the (digital)thermostat, the flow switch will start the burner, as soon as a water quantity bigger
than 6 Litres/min. is registered.
As soon as the adjusted operating temperature has been achieved, the (digital)thermostat cuts off the burner.
If the water volume flow rate falls below 6 Litres/Min. or fails entirely, the flow switch cuts off the gas burner.
After a heat demand the gas firing automat controls the burner motor, the ignition and the magnetic gas valve.
It controls the gas flame by means of an ionization flame control and cuts off the burner in critical situations.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a temperature limiting safety device with flue gas sensor. In case of an illegal
increase of the flue gas temperature the burner is cut off and barred. The reoperation is possible only by activation of the reset
button.
6. Ranges of pressure:
6.1 Low pressure range:
The perhaps existing pressure switch has its shift point at 20 bars.
It is not needed for the low pressure range.
It has either to be by-passed or to be removed.
In principal the heating coil for low pressure use should be of ½" tubing.
Thus the formation of steam bubbles is avoided, which might lead to current stall.
6.2 High pressure range:
Betriebsdruck 20 - 400 bar, hier ist eine 3/8"- Heizschlange erforderlich.
Bis 200 bar sind auch ½"- Heizschlangen einsetzbar.
Das Gerät wird einer Hochdruckpumpe nachgeschaltet.
Damit ergibt sich ein vollwertiger – Heißwasser – Hochdruckreiniger.
Es sind, dem Betriebsdruck gemäß, entsprechende Heizschlangen einzusetzen.

7. Operating conditions

7.1 Use of detergents:

If a proportioning device exists, detergents can be added.
In this case special attention has to be paid to the choice of the material of the water leading parts.
The more efficient method is to spray the object to be cleaned by means of a separate spraying device,
before the beginning of the actual cleaning process.
: machine ON – OFF.
: Pre-selection of the desired temperature.
: Reset in case of excess temperature.
