8 WAT E R TA N K
The built on water tank has a contents of 5 ltr., and is provide with a floating
system. The water tank is a water reservoir that is switched between the water
system (tap) and hp- pump. The water tank prevents that there can be pressure
impulses in the water system. pressure impulses exist by switching on and
off the spray jet. The water tank prevents under all circumstances that there
penetrate chemicals in the water system.
9 BY PA S S
The bypass valve has been assembled on hp- pump. When there is not sprayed
the water returns by the bypass to the water tank..
10 F U E L S B H - G
as fuel can exclusively gas be used. When unsuitable fuels are used e.g. like
petrol, explosion danger exists.

OPERATING COMPONENTS

1 M A I N S W I TC H ( S B H - D )
The main switch is mounted left on top of the operating panel. The main switch
has three positions:
• 0 - STop= oFF
• 1 - Start= Working position (cold water)
• 2 - Burner= Working position (hot water)
2 M A I N S W I TC H ( S B H - G )
The main switch has been carried out as a turn button switch and has two
positions:
• 0 = oFF
• 1 = on
3 B U R N E R S W I TC H ( S B H - G )
The burner switch has been carried out as a turn button switch and has two
positions:
• 0 = oFF
• 1 = on
The burner switch has also a built-in signal lamp. If the signal lamp does not
light up there is no temperature request (please turn the temperature regulator)
or there is no gas supply.
4 M I X I N G VA LV E
With the mixing valve it is possible to be adjusted the concentration of the add
chemicals exact:
• Mixing valve to the left is chemicals increase.
• Mixing valve to the right is chemicals decrease.
The mixing valve work only well if the suction hose have been sufficiently hung
under the fluid level in the chemical tank.
5 T E M P E R AT U R E R E G U L AT I N G B U T TO N
The temperature regulating button has been carried out as a turning button.
With the temperature regulating button the maximum temperature of the
cleaning water can be adjusted:
• Turning button to the left is minimum temperature.
• Turning button to the right is maximum temperature.
Determine experimental with which spray pressure and at which temperature
the best can be cleaned, without damaging the object. albuminous dirt, rubber
or plastic: button not higher than 50°C.
6 S I G H T G L A S S ( S B H - G )
By means of the sight glass one can check the condition of the burner control
unit.
