Remote control
a = On / Off slide switch
❙
On (green LED lights up)
Off (green LED goes off)
b = caravan forwards
(wheels rotate in forward direction)
c = caravan reverse
(wheels rotate in reverse direction)
d = caravan right forwards
(left wheels rotate in forward
direction)
e = caravan left forwards
(right wheels rotate in forward
direction)
f = caravan right reverse
(left wheels rotate in reverse
direction)
g = caravan left reverse
(right wheels rotate in reverse
direction)
Pressing the buttons d, g, e or f causes the Mover® to move in
a circle, with the motors on the outside turning continuously
and the inside motors being slowed.
The Mover® switches itself off if the tyres are excessively
engaged. The tyres must be disengaged by pressing the
buttons b or c.
h = two-handed operation, engage drive rollers
i = two-handed operation, disengage drive rollers
In order to engage and disengage the drive rollers, both
buttons must always be pressed simultaneously – for
approx. 3 seconds (safety delay) – until the engaging or disen-
gaging of the drive rollers commences.
The buttons can be released when the drive rollers are moving
in the direction of the respective end position.
The drive rollers automatically reach their end position.
If the two buttons for disengaging are pressed whilst the
rollers are engaging, engaging is interrupted, the drive
rollers are disengaged and automatically move to their end
position.
The remote control switches itself off:
– after approx. 2 minutes if none of the buttons are pressed
– after approx. 7 minutes if one of the movement buttons is
permanently held down. The green LED goes off.
To reactivate the remote control, move the slide switch to
"Off" and then back to "On"
There is no "On / Off" switch on the caravan itself.

(check batteries in remote control if necessary)
LED "flashing" in combination with audio signal:
– for approx. 5 seconds after switching the remote control on,
until the system is ready for operation
– for approx. 10 seconds after switching the remote control
on, then it is switched off again – 13-pin safety plug not
connected to safety socket or unable to establish radio link
to control unit.

after approximately 1 second.
– every 3 seconds if the caravan battery charge is weak (finish
manoeuvring as quickly as possible and charge battery).
– 5 times a second (5 Hz) if the caravan battery voltage is low.
The movement function is locked until battery voltage re-
turns to more than about 11 V (e.g. as a result of recovery /
charging of the battery). The drive rollers can also be disen-
gaged with less than 11 V.
– approx 2 times a second (2 Hz) in the event of overvoltage /
overtemperature. Switch remote control off and on again
(in the case of overtemperature, wait for end of cooling-off
phase if necessary).
Remote control battery change
Only use micro-batteries that will not
leak, type LR 03, AAA, AM 4, MN 2400
(1.5 V).
When inserting new batteries,
make sure the positive / negative
terminals are connected correctly.
Empty, used batteries can
leak and damage the remote
control! Remove the batteries if the
remote control is not being used
for a long period of time.
No warranty is given for damage caused by leaking
batteries.
Before scrapping a defective remote control, always remove
the batteries and dispose of them properly.
Manoeuvring the caravan
Follow the "Safety instructions" before using the
Mover®.
Apply parking brake if caravan is uncoupled.
Disconnect 13-pin plug from vehicle and plug into safety
socket of caravan.
For safety reasons, the Mover® can only be operated if
the 13-pin plug of the caravan is plugged into the safety
socket.
In the event of a malfunction, the 13-pin plug must not
be removed from the safety socket, otherwise the elec-
tronic safety functions will be disabled.
If there is a fault in both caravan brake lights, the power
circuit of the safety socket is not closed. In this case it is
not possible to operate the Mover®.
Switch on the remote control – the green LED flashes for
about 5 seconds in combination with the audio signal until
both control units are ready for operation.
Press the two buttons (h) for engaging simultaneously, and
engaging will start after approx. 3 seconds (safety delay).
Check using the position indicator whether the 4 drive
rollers are correctly applied (arrow of yellow position indi-
cator is above line closest to the tyres).
Release the parking brake before starting the Mover®.
The direction buttons allow the caravan to be moved in six
directions – forwards, reverse, left forwards, left reverse, right
forwards, right reverse.
