7.3.2. +3ºC SOfT OR HARD bLAST CHILL CYCLE AND -18ºC SOfT OR HARD SHOCk fREEZING
WITH TIMER
HARD bLAST/SHOCk fREEZE PHASE
To select the timed +3°C soft blast chilling cycle, press the button
the +3ºC hard cycle.
To select the timed -18°C soft freezing cycle, press the button
the -18ºC hard cycle.
DISPLAY 1: indicates the total time foreseen for blast chilling/shock freezing (Fig.6).
DISPLAY 2: indicates the cabinet temperature.
