Step-by-step commissioning

Let the CD01-PI acclimatize for several hours before
commissioning, otherwise, water may condense in the
housing.
Risk of uncontrolled actuator movements when the
pneumatics are switched on!
Danger of injury if the system is in an undefined state or the
manual overrides are switched on.
Put the system in a defined state before switching it on.
Set all manual overrides to position "0".
Make sure that no personnel are within the hazardous
zone when the pressure is switched on.
Before commissioning the entire system, check each of the
individual VS functions step-by-step:
1. Check the valves for correct assignment of the control
signals.
2. Check the pneumatic functions using the manual override.
3. Only then commission the entire system.
