Connect external pilot air

Remove the connections fig. 2 on page 63 and fig. 3 on
page 64.

Connecting the pilot exhaust air

Overpressure caused by closed exhaust outputs!
Closed exhaust outlets will lead to air congestion and valve
damage.
Never close connection 12.
Remove the connections fig. 2 on page 63 and fig. 3 on
page 64.

Connecting working connections

1. Connect the working connections to ports 2 and 4 on the
CD01-PI base plate (see fig. 4 on page 65).
2. Plug any connections not required.
Observe the max. tightening torque on screws for base
plates with thread connections.
On base plates with push-fittings you can mount plastic tubing
with a calibrated external diameter to CETOP RP54 P.
1. Push the tubing into the component push-in fitting as far as
it will go.
2. Tug gently to check that the tubing is firmly seated.
