Port Mirroring

Port mirroring is a method to monitor the traffic in certain ports. That means that the
incoming and outgoing traffic in the ports monitored are duplicated in a mirror port.

Port Mirroring Mode: Set the mode – Disable or TX only or RX and TX both..
The default is „Disable".

Analysis Port: Here you can set the port to which the data traffic shall be
mirrored. You can connect the mirror port to a LAN analyzer for instance.

Monitor Port: Here you can choose which port data traffic shall be duplicated in
the mirror port. 7 monitor ports in the switch can be chosen at the most. Tick the
„State" box to chose the port that shall be monitored.

