Thank you for purchasing the Real E-motion
• Do not apply the brakes while using the Real
E-motion; it can cause irreparable damage to the
roller and tyre
• Do not plug in any accessories before installing
the software
The roller is a training tool enabling users to get
into top shape for cycling.
The Real E-Motion is an electronic device that
connects to your PC (Windows) for indoor training
and the testing of your cycling skills.
The Real E-Motion software creates a more
realistic simulation of real world riding by coordi-
nating the rider's speed and resistance level to the
visualization of a road course.
You can program any kind of course with the
Real E-Motion.
The software will automatically adjust resistan-
ce based on calculations of slope, speed and rider
weight, while recording heart rate, power, speed,
altitude, pedal cadence, distance, time and addi-
tional data. The Real E-Motion will save all data
for analytic use and performance comparisons
and can be printed for a training diary or for fur-
ther analysis.
The resistance unit provides smooth and consi-
stent progressive resistance, and along with
Elite's stable longitudinal oscillating system, the
Real E-Motion is easy to use and adaptable to the

rider's performance level or training goals.

SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS

This manual contains no software instructions. A
complete software guide will be found in the Help
section of the software itself. The software needs
to be installed in order to access the Help section.
Instructions for the software can be found under
the "Real E-Motion use – software installation"
paragraph. Once the software is installed, there
are 2 ways to access the Help section:
- press F1;
- choose "Help – Help content" from the software
menu.
WIRELESS
• The roller utilizes ANT Wireless data transmis-
sion technology.
• This technology allows the Real E-Motion sof-
tware to communicate wirelessly with the roller by
using an USB ANT key that connects to the PC.
