Locking your computer
This section provides information about locking your computer with the locking devices to keep your
computer safe.
Locking the computer cover
Locking the computer cover helps prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to the inside of your
computer. Your computer comes with a padlock loop and might also come with a key lock that is built into
the computer cover. The keys for the key lock are attached to the rear of the machine. For security, store the
keys in a secure place when you are not using them.
Note: The key lock and keys are available only on some models.
