NOTE
Perform a One Plane registration before making an internal markers
registration.
OmniTRAX™ Registration
This is the easiest method to automatically register the 2nd Modality, with
the use of an omniTRAX™ patient tracker, CT or MR, see omniTRAX™
and omniTRAX™ MR sections for details.
1. Click on the omniTRAX™ tab
2. Click on one of the four points of the omniTRAX™ markers seen
on the 3D view (make sure the auto detection of the omniTRAX™
markers in enabled)
3. The 3 other points will be automatically detected and selected.
If the auto detection fails, you can select the markers manually, either
on the 3D view or on one of the 3 MPR views, which can be scrolled

4. Click on Register Markers
The 2 modalities are now registered.
