• The following applications and operations lead to the loss
of the explosion protection and are, therefore, prohibited:
• Use of the paint pressure tank in explosive areas belonging to Ex-
Zone 0!
• Use of solvents and cleaning agents based on halogenised hydrocar-
bons! Chemical reactions which may occur when using these sub-
stances could be explosive!

Use

• Use only solvent-resistant, anti-static, undamaged and technically
flawless hoses and pipes for compressed air and paint media with a
pressure fatigue resistance of minimum 10 bar!
7.1. Setting-up of the Paint Pressure Tank
Please observe the following instructions when setting up, operat-
ing and using the paint pressure tank:
• The paint pressure tank can only be operated if in a stable position!
• Exposure to risks of employees or third parties must be prevented by
all means!
• The paint pressure tank must be protected against interference of
third parties!
• The explosion protection required in the work area must be observed!
• The paint pressure tank must be protected against mechanical shock-
loads!
• The type plate must be clearly legible. Paint pressure tanks must
only be operated within the range of parameters indicated
on the type plate (e.g. pressure, temperature)!
