• Please check paint pressure tank and accessories for damage
and tight seat prior to each use and repair if necessary!
• Never heat up the tank to more than 50°C. Protect the paint pres-
sure tank from extreme thermal radiation!
• Disconnecting pressurised hoses could cause injuries due to
uncontrolled hose movements and spilling of paint material!
Therefore, please always depressurise hoses before disconnect-
ing them.
• Clamping yokes as well as toggle screws must be loosened and
tigthened manually. The use of extensions or tools to tighten the
toggle screws is prohibited!
• Clamping yokes and toggle screws must be regularly checked
for wear or damage and replaced if necessary.
• Never use damaged or deformed paint pressure tanks!

6.3. Personal Protection Equipment

• When using, cleaning or maintaining the paint pressure tank, always
wear approved breathing and eye protection equipment as well
as suitable protective gloves, overalls and safety boots!

6.4. Use In Explosive Areas

6.4.1 General
The paint pressure tank is approved for the use / storage in explosive
areas of Ex-Zone 1 and 2.
