completely depressurised.
2. Loosen the toggle screws to push up the clamping yokes [1-14].
3. Remove [1-16] lid.
4. If necessary clean paint pressure tank [1-1] and dispose of residual
spray medium appropriately, then refill.
5. To close the lid, the clamping yokes must be pushed back in com-
pletely and the toggle screws [1-14] be positioned inside the lid
groove.
6. Tighten the toggle screws by hand.
7. Open the air supply, adjust the pressure (never exceeding the maxi-
mum operating pressure) and check tightness.
• Please check the function of the safety valve [1-7] after every mainte-
nance/cleaning and before every usage by turning it in anti-clockwise
direction! If the safety valve does not release the pressure, immedi-
ately put the tank out of operation and replace the safety valve.

Agitators

8.1. Motor driven agitator
The electric motor is explosion proof according to II 2 G EEx e II T1, T2,
T3 or T4 and capsuled according to protection category IP 54.
• The motor driven agitator must be connected by a specialist to either
230 V (single-phase alternating current) or 400 V (three-phase cur-
rent) depending on the existing power supply.
• The agitator must be always unplugged before working on the motor.
• Please ensure that the ventilation slots of the motor are not obstructed
while the agitator is in use.
• The agitator rotates in clockwise direction.
