9.

Maintenance/Cleaning

• Disconnect the tank from the air supply prior to any maintenance or
cleaning!
• Please observe chapter 7.3!
• All components must be disassembled and assembled using extreme
care!
• Please check the function of the safety valve [1-7] after every mainte-
nance/cleaning and before every usage by turning it in anti-clockwise
direction! If the safety valve does not release the pressure, immedi-
ately put the tank out of operation and replace the safety valve.
• Check if air and material connections have been tightened firmly after
every maintenance/cleaning!
• The seal between lid and tank has to be checked for damage and
wear after every maintenance/cleaning!
• The pressure tank has to be thoroughly cleaned with suitable cleaning
agent after every use!
• Please observe the safety instructions of the cleaning agent manufac-
turer!
• Please make sure that the cleaning agent is compatible with the pres-
sure tank material!
• Please observe chapter 7 after maintenance/cleaning!
