10. Inserting the memory card

The measuring instrument allows the storage of thermal images on a removable mi-
croSD memory card. This is a simple data exchange further processing of measured
data on a computer is possible.
microSD cards up to 32 GB can be used.
To insert/replace the memory card, proceed as follows:
Open the battery and fuse compartment as described in the chapter above and re-
move the battery.
The slot for the memory card is located at the top right of the battery compartment.
The symbol for the correct position of the memory card is printed.
Insert the memory card as shown with the contacts pointing down on the metal sur-
face. Slide the memory card carefully in the centre upwards into the card slot. Ensure
that the memory card engages in the slot. This is the only way of ensuring reliable
storage.
Replace the battery and carefully close the device.
After switching on, the memory card is indicated on the display with a disc icon (dis-
play symbol '8';).
If the icon is not displayed, check the memory capacity, correct seating and correct
data formatting (FAT32) of the memory card.
