Aufbereitung
• gilt nur für Shaver Blades:
Gleitflächen sind mit Instrumentenöl* gezielt zu
pflegen.
1. Tragen Sie hierzu eine geringe Menge
Instrumentenöl an den Laufflächen auf.

2. Führen Sie das Innenblade in das Außenblade

3. Drehen Sie das Innenblade mehrere Male.
4. Demontieren Sie dann das Shaver Blade
wieder.
• Zerlegte Medizinprodukte sind zu montieren.
(siehe Kapitel 7.7.2 bzw. 7.7.3)
• Anschließend muss eine Funktionskontrolle
durchgeführt werden.
1 *HINWEIS: Das hierfür verwendete Öl muss
für das nachfolgende Sterilisationsverfahren
geeignet sein (silikonfrei auf Paraf n- oder
Weißölbasis).
HINWEIS: Bei der neuen Generation an

Blades, welche an dem schwarzen Mitneh-
mer aus Kunststoff zu erkennen sind, müs-
sen keine O-Ringe oder Unterlegscheiben
verwendet werden.
1 HINWEIS: Die P ege mit Instrumentenöl des
Innenblades vor der Sterilisation erhöht die
Lebensdauer des Shaver Blades.
1 HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie zur P ege die
Artikel aus dem Katalog »P ege, Sterilisation
und Lagerungstechnik«.
3 WARNUNG: Das DrillCut-X
ARTHRO-Handstück darf nicht mit
Instrumentenöl/Instrumentenspray
behandelt werden.

Reprocessing
• Only applies to shaver blades:
Glide surfaces must be lubricated locally with
instrument oil*.
1. To do this, apply a small amount of
instrument oil to the running surfaces.
2. Insert the inner blade into the outer blade.
3. Turn the inner blade several times.
4. Disassemble the shaver blade again.
• Dismantled medical devices must be
assembled. (see section 7.7.2 or 7.7.3)
• Afterwards, a functional check must be carried
out.
1 *NOTE: The oil used for this purpose must
be suitable for the subsequent sterilization
procedure (silicone-free and paraf n- or
white oil-based).
NOTE: The new generation of blades, which

can be recognized by the black plastic driver,
renders the use of O-rings and washers un-
necessary.
1 NOTE: Care of the inner blade with instru-
ment oil prior to sterilization increases the
service life of the shaver blade.
1 NOTE: During care procedures, use items
from the catalog 'Care, Sterilization and
Storage Techniques'.
