Bedienungshinweise
7. 16 Betrieb über Fußschalter
Die Shaverhandstücke können über einen
Fußschalter gesteuert werden.
HINWEIS: Die Vorhaltung eines Fußschal-

ters ist bei Ausfall der Steuertasten am
Handstück als Backup-Lösung empfohlen.
1 HINWEIS: Die Shaver und das Multifunk-
tionshandstück stoppen automatisch nach
einer Dauerbetriebszeit von ca. 10 Minuten
(Shaver) bzw. nach ca. 5 Minuten (Multifunk-
tionshandstück). Loslassen und erneutes
Betätigen des Fußschalterpedals oder der
Taste bzw. des Abzugshahns am Handstück
startet den Shaver oder das Multifunktions-
handstück wieder.
7. 16. 1 Doppelpedal-Fußschalter
Der Doppelpedal-Fußschalter 20 0168 31 hat drei
»Bedienelemente«: ein linkes Pedal, ein rechtes
Pedal und einen Deckeltaster.
Die Funktionen des Fußschalters werden im
folgenden Abschnitt erklärt.
Linkes Pedal:
Dreht zurück (links) < gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
Rechtes Pedal:
Dreht (vorwärts) rechts > im Uhrzeigersinn
Linkes und rechtes Pedal gleichzeitig:
Oszillation
Deckeltaster (Taste oben auf dem Fußschalter):
Einmaliges Drücken des Deckeltasters schaltet den
Fußschalter in den Geschwindigkeits-Anpas sungs-
modus, wobei die Fußpedale dann die Geschwin-
digkeit nach unten und oben verändern können.
Durch Drücken des rechten Fußpedals wird die
Geschwindigkeit erhöht (um die programmierte
Rate). Durch Drücken des linken Fußpedals wird
die Geschwindigkeit vermindert (um die program-
mierte Rate).
Nochmaliges Drücken des Deckeltasters schaltet
das Gerät mit der neuen Geschwindigkeits ein-
stellung in den normalen Betriebsmodus zurück.

The shaver handpieces can be controlled using a
footswitch.
NOTE: It is recommended to keep a

footswitch ready as a backup solution in the
event of failure of the control buttons.

a continuous operating period of
approx. 10 minutes (shaver)/after approx.
5 minutes (multifunction handpiece).
Releasing and pressing the footswitch
pedal or button / trigger on the handpiece
again restarts the shaver or multifunction
handpiece.

Dual-pedal footswitch

The dual-pedal footswitch 20 016831 has three
'controls': a left pedal, a right pedal and a cover
switch.
Below is a definition of the footswitch functionality:
Left pedal:
Reverse (Left) < Counterclockwise
Right pedal:
Forward (Right) > Clockwise
Left and right pedal simultaneously:
Oscillate
Cover switch (button on top of the footswitch):
Pressing the cover switch once switches the
footswitch into speed adjust mode; the foot
pedals can now adjust the speed up and down.
Pressing the right foot pedal increases the speed
(by the programmed rate) and pressing the left
foot pedal decreases the speed (by the pro-
grammed rate).
By pressing the cover switch again, the device
returns to normal operating mode with the new
speed setting.
