7. 7. 1 Demontage der Ventilbaugruppe
vom Handstück
1 HINWEIS: Die Ventilbaugruppe setzt sich
zusammen aus Ventilverriegelung Q und
Ventilkörper W (siehe Abb. A).
1. Ventilverriegelung Q gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
auf Position 11 Uhr drehen (siehe Abb. B).

2. Ventilbaugruppe axial vom Handstück nach
distal abziehen (siehe Abb. C).
3. Zerlegen der Ventilbaugruppe:
Ventilverriegelung Q auf Position 9 Uhr nach
links drehen und vom Ventilkörper W durch
Abziehen entfernen (siehe Abb. D und E).
7. 7. 2 Montage der Ventilbaugruppe
an das Handstück
1. Ventilverriegelung Q an Ventilkörper W
D ansetzen (90° nach links zum Ventilhebel)
(siehe Abb. E und F).
2. Ventilverriegelung Q im Uhrzeigersinn
auf Position 11 Uhr weiter drehen bis die
Ventilverriegelung durch die Rastkugel (siehe
Pfeil in Abb. F) spürbar einrastet (siehe Abb. G).
3. Ventilbaugruppe nach proximal bis Anschlag
auf die Achse des Handstücks schieben, fest
andrücken (siehe Abb. C).
4. Ventilbaugruppe an Handstück arretieren:
Ventilverriegelung Q im Uhrzeigersinn auf
Position 12 Uhr drehen (Ventilverriegelung und

Ventilkörper »fluchten«; siehe Abb. H).
5. Durch axiales Ziehen nach distal prüfen, ob die
Ventilbaugruppe sicher fixiert ist.

Disassembling the valve

assembly from the handpiece

1 NOTE: The valve assembly comprises the
valve lock Q and valve body W (see Fig. A).
1. Turn the valve lock Q counterclockwise to 11
o'clock (see Fig. B).
2. Remove the valve assembly axially from the
handpiece by pulling toward distal (see Fig. C).
3. Dismantling the valve assembly:
Turn the valve lock Q counterclockwise to 9
o'clock and remove from the valve body W by
pulling (see Fig. D and E).
7. 7. 2 Assembling the valve assembly
on the handpiece
1. Place the valve lock Q on the valve body W
(90° to the left toward the valve lever) (see Fig. E
and F).
2. Continue to turn the valve lock Q clockwise to
11 o'clock until the valve lock noticeably clicks
into place (see Fig. G) with the locking ball (see
arrow in Fig. F).
3. Push the valve assembly toward proximal on
the axis of the handpiece as far as it will go,
press on firmly (see Fig. C).
4. Lock the valve assembly on the handpiece:
Turn the valve lock Q clockwise to 12 o'clock
(the valve lock and valve body are aligned, see
Fig. H).
5. Pull axially toward distal to check that the valve
assembly is securely in place.
