Demontage

Das Medizinprodukt ist vor der Reinigung
und Desinfektion soweit als möglich in seine
Einzelkomponenten zu zerlegen.
1. Die Rasthülse am Handstück nach proximal

zurückziehen und (in dieser Position) »halten«
(siehe Abb. A).
2. Blade aus dem Handstück (Bladeaufnahme)
herausziehen. Lassen Sie die Rasthülse wieder
los (siehe Abb. B).

3. Absaugschlauch vom Absauganschluss des
®
DrillCut-X ARTHRO-Handstücks abziehen
(siehe Abb. C).
4. Ventilverriegelung Q gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
auf Position 11 Uhr drehen (siehe Abb. D).
5. Ventilbaugruppe axial vom Handstück nach

distal abziehen (siehe Abb. E).
6. Zerlegen der Ventilbaugruppe:
Ventilverriegelung Q auf Position 9 Uhr nach
links drehen und vom Ventilkörper W durch
Abziehen entfernen (siehe Abb. F/G).
7. Entfernen Sie den Einsatz/das Innenblade (den
Innenschaft) des wieder verwendbaren Shaver
Blades aus dem Außenblade (Außenschaft)
(siehe Abb. H).
3 WARNUNG: Bei nicht montierter Ventilbau-
gruppe sicherstellen, dass keine Aktivierung
E des Handstückes erfolgen kann.

Disassembly

Prior to cleaning and disinfection, the medical
device must be separated into its individual
components as far as possible.
1. Pull the locking sleeve on the handpiece back
toward proximal and hold (in this position)
(see Fig. A).
2. Pull the blade out of the handpiece (blade
mount). Release the locking sleeve again
(see Fig. B).
3. Remove the suction tube from the suction
®
port on the DrillCut-X ARTHRO handpiece
(see Fig. C).
4. Turn the valve lock Q counterclockwise to 11
o'clock (see Fig. D).
5. Remove the valve assembly axially from the
handpiece by pulling toward distal (see Fig. E).
6. Dismantling the valve assembly:
Turn the valve lock Q counterclockwise to 9
o'clock and remove from the valve body W by
pulling (see Fig. F/G).
7. Remove the working insert/inner blade (the
inner sheath) of the reusable shaver blade from
the outer blade (outer sheath) (see Fig. H).
3 WARNING: When the valve assembly is
not assembled, ensure that the handpiece
cannot be activated.
