6.1. Adjustment

6.1.1. Control panel

The machine is fitted with a control panel, from which all programming and operation functions can be set.

B Sealing warning light
C Warning light of belt advancing time
D Pause warning light
E Warning light of over belt speed
F Temperature warning light
P Programs selection button
D1 Display. Displays selected functions and relative settings
S Variables selection switch
G1 Button "DECREASE". Reduces set function values
G2 Button "INCREASE". Increases set function values
R Reset button
D2 Piece counter display
S0 EMERGENCY Pushbutton: if pressed, the machine will stop immediately
S1 Start button
S2 Selector MAN.-AUT.
ELECTRONIC BOARD FEATURES
The machine is equipped with 5 selectionable programs:

Each program is composed by 6 variables which can be modified (in case it is not possible to set one of them, such a
variable will obviously not appear on the display):

1. Time for sealing
2. Pause time for lowered frame
3. Pause time for automatic cycle
4. Tunnel belt speed
5. Sealing belt time
6. Temperature
The machine is equipped with a piece counter to show on display (D2) the number of sealings.
Such a value can be put to zero at any time through reset button (R).

0 ÷ 9 two tenth-seconds values each point
0.0÷ 9.9 values expressed in seconds
00 ÷ 99
0.0 ÷ 3.0 values expressed in seconds
00 ÷ 99 corresponds to 200°  398°C (2°C each point)-(medium value 75)
