7.5. Coolant check

Check the level of the cooling fluid once every 4 months.
To do so, remove the guard (34) and unscrew the plug
(35).
Make sure the level of the liquid is not below the indicated
measure. Otherwise and add the mixture of water and
antifreeze (10%).

7.6. Substituting the rubber and Teflon

When the Teflon-strikers (13) are worn out, substitute
them with spare parts, making sure the application is linear
and even. Before applying the Teflon self-adhesive strip
clean the rubber part (14) with a detergent.
If the rubber (14) is also damaged, substitute it as follows:
Remove the old rubber

Clean its housing

Insert the new rubber in a linear way

Clean the rubber with a detergent

Apply the self-adhesive Teflon-strip.


7.7. Adjustment of the cams

The adjustment of the cams must only be carried out by authorised personnel!
It is necessary to disassemble the panel (38) at the back
of the machine in order to get access to the cams.
There are 2 cams and they control:
1. The sealing frame descent and, consequently, its
pressure on the sealing blade.
2. Maximum sealing frame opening and conveyor belt
start..
Adjustment happens by loosening screw (39) and by
turning the cams to best position.
Attention: gradually proceed with small movements
when adjusting the cams!
