SCRAPPING THE MACHINE
Before proceeding with dispos-
al of the machine, clean it thor-
oughly and dispose off the re-
sidual dust in accordance with
the indications in the s af ety
chart.
The operators in charge of dis-
posal must use suitable person-
al protection equipment.
For scrapping or demolition of
the machine, separate the plas-
tic parts (seals and c ompo-
nents) and send these to spe-
cial collection centres.
The other parts must be sent for
recycling ferrous materials and
send these to special collection
centres.
W hen scrapping the machine,
f ollow the lifting proc edure
shown on the relative page in
this catalogue.
Dismantling of the machine must
be done in an area classified as
safe.
Demolish the pres s ure relief
valve in such a manner that it is
impossible to use it as a com-
plete unit, or even use its parts.
RETURNING THE MACHINE
When returning the machine, use
the original packaging if it has
been preserved, otherwise fix
the machine on a pallet and cov-
er it with nylon shrink-wrap, to
protect it as best as possible from
impact during transport. In any
event, make sure there is no res-
idue material inside the machine.

Schmierarbeiten sind nicht vor-
gesehen.
VERSCHROTTUNG DES GE-
RÄTS
Bevor man die Maschine ent-
sorgt, ist er vollkommen zu reini-
gen und der restliche, in ihm vor-
handene Staub ist in Übereinstim-
mung mit dem Sicherheitsdaten-
blatt zu entsorgen.
Die Arbeitnehmer, die sich um die
Entsorgung kümmern, müssen
angemess ene
persönliche
Sc hutzausrüs tungen verwen-
den.
W enn das Gerät vers chrottet
werden soll, sind die kunststoff-
haltigen Teile (Dichtungen und
Komponenten) auszubauen und
über die entsprechenden Sam-
melstellen dem Recycling zuzu-
leiten.
Die restlichen Teile sind als Ei-
senschrott zu behandeln und
über die entsprechenden Sam-
melstellen dem Recycling zuzu-
leiten.
W ährend der Zerlegung des zu
verschrottenden Geräts sind die
Vorschriften zum Handling in die-
sem Katalog zu beachten.
Das Verschrotten des Ventils ist
in einer als sicher klassifizierten
Zone vorzunehmen.
Das Drucksteuerventil so demo-
lieren, dass es nicht mehr als
vollständige Einheit verwendet
werden kann und man auch ein-
zelne Teile nicht mehr verwen-
den kann.
RETOURNIERUNG
DER MASCHINE
Falls die Maschine zurückgege-
ben wird und man die Original-
verpackung aufbewahrt hat, ist
sie darin einzupacken. Sonst ist
sie auf eine Palette zu stellen
und in Schrumpffolie zu verpa-
cken, wobei man versucht, sie
so gut wie möglich vor etwaigen
Stößen beim Transport zu schüt-
zen. Auf jeden Fall sicherstellen,
dass sich keine Materialreste
mehr in der Maschine befinden.

LIKVIDACE ZAŘÍZENÍ
Před
provedením
vyřazení
zařízení z provozu jej pečlivě
očistěte a ods traňte zbytek
prachu v souladu s instrukcemi

schématu.

vyřazení zařízení musí použít
vhodné ochranné pomůcky.

NAVRÁCENÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Při navrácení zařízení, použíjte
originální obal pokud jste jej
uc hovali, v opačném případě
upevněte zařízení na paletu a
překrýjte nylonovou smršťovací
fólií, aby se zabránilo poškození
během přepravy. V každém
případě se ujistěte, že v zařízení
nezůstal zbytkový materiál.

ROTTAMAZIONE MACCHINA
Prima di procedere allo smalti-
mento della macchina provvede-
re alla sua completa pulizia ed
allo smaltimento delle polveri re-
sidue in accordo con le indica-
zioni della scheda di sicurezza.
Gli operatori addetti allo smalti-
mento devono indossare dispo-
sitivi di protezione personale
adeguati.
In caso di rottamazione o demo-
lizione a fine vita della macchi-
na, avere cura di smontare le
parti in materiale plastico (guar-
nizioni e componenti) e destinar-
le agli appositi centri di raccolta.
Le restanti parti sono da desti-
nare al recupero dei materiali
ferrosi agli appositi centri di rac-
colta.
Durante le fasi di smantellamen-
to della macchina osservare le
procedure di sollevamento come
indicato nel foglio specifico.
Lo smantellamento della macchi-
na deve effettuarsi in zona clas-
sificata sicura.
Demolire la valvola di controllo
pressione in modo che non sia
possibile riutilizzarla come unità
completa, né sia possibile utiliz-
zare una delle sue parti.
RESO MACCHINA
In caso di reso della macchina
se si è conservato l'imballo rein-
serirla nello stesso, altrimenti fis-
sarla su di un pallet e coprirla
con del nylon termoretraibile,
cercando di proteggerla al me-
glio da eventuali urti derivanti dal
trasporto. In ogni caso assicu-
rarsi che la macchina non abbia
residui di materiale.
