OPERATION
The VCP valve is not controlled
by an external device.
It starts working automatically
whenever there is a pressure
imbalance within the silo due to
filling or emptying of the silo by
means of any system.
(UNI ISO 8456 5.1.1.4.2 and
5.1.1.4.2. and 5.1.1.4.3).
Size 375 confirms to HSE (0-
9540853-0-2).
NOTE: Appropriate maintenance
as described in the relevant sec-
tion of this Manual will consider-
ably increase the life span of the
valve. This is particularly impor-
tant when the material handled
tends to get hardened or get
compacted on s tanding for a
certain period of time.

The VCP valve has the following
features:
- The valve body can withstand
an
overpress ure
P=1bar
(10000 mm H20, 100Kpa)
- The paint coating of the valve
disc (if present) is < 200 mi-
cron thick.
- T he valve body is provided
with a flange and can be con-
nected directly to the silo.
- However, a ring is provided to
be welded to the silo, where
the valve will then be bolted.
Once assembled, the machine
ensures sealing against dust.
The use of valves in the pres-
ence in the presence of dusts
with features more severe as
compared than those described
earlier or in zones with different
classification is directly and ex-
clusively under the classification
of the user.

Das Ventil VCP wird nicht durch
externe Vorrichtungen gesteu-
ert.
Es tritt automatisch jedes Mal in
Funktion, wenn innerhalb des
Silos ein Druckungleichgewicht
aufgebaut wird, das auf dem
Beschicken oder Entleeren des
Silos mit einem beliebigen Sys-
tem beruht.
(UNI ISO 8456 5.1.1.4.2 und
5.1.1.4.2. und 5.1.1.4.3).
Die Baugröße 375 entspricht der
HSE (0-9540853-0-2).
Anm.: Die Haltbarkeit des Ventils
kann erheblich erhöht werden,
wenn man eine angemessene
Wartung vornimmt, so wie es im
entsprechenden Teil dieses
Handbuchs beschrieben wird.
Dies ist besonders wichtig, wenn
das beförderte Schüttgut leicht
aushärtet oder verklebt, wenn
es eine bestimmte Zeit lang still-
steht.

Das Ventil VCP hat die folgen-
den Eigenschaften:
- Das Ventilgehäuse ist in der
Lage, einen Überdruc k von
P=1bar (10000 mm H
0, 100

kPa) zu ertragen.
- Die Lackschicht der Schließt-
eller (falls vorhanden) ist < 200
Mikrometer dick.
- Das Ventilgehäuse hat einen
Flansch und kann direkt am Silo
angeschlossen werden.
- Es kann auf jeden Fall immer
eine Einschweißzarge für den
Silo geliefert werden, an der
das Ventil festgeschraubt wer-
den kann.
Wenn die Maschine zusammen-
gebaut ist, gewährleistet sie nur
die Staubdichtheit.
Der Einsatz der Ventile beim Vor-
liegen von Stäuben mit kritische-
ren Eigenschaften als die vorher
beschriebenen oder in Zonen mit
anderer Klassifikation fällt unter
die direkte und ausschließliche
Verantwortlichkeit des Anwen-
ders.
KONFORMITÄTSERKLÄRUNG
Das Ventil VCP wird mit Konfor-
mitätserklärung zur MASCHINEN-
RICHTLINIE 98/ 37/EG geliefert.
PROVOZ

být přivařena k silu v místě kde
pak bude ventil připevněn.
Jakmile je ventil smontován,
zařízení
zajišťuje
nepropustnost prachu. Použití
ventilu za přítomnosti prachů s
vlastnostmi závažnějšímí než
dřívěji popsané typy nebo v
zónách s rozdílnou klasifikací,
spadá výhradně a přímo pod
odpovědnost provozovatele.

N.B.: Si aumenta notevolmente
la durata della valvola eseguen-
do una opportuna manutenzione
come riportato nella sezione ap-
posita di questo manuale. Que-
sto è particolarmente importante
quando il materiale trasportato
tende ad indurirsi o a compattar-
si se rimane fermo per un certo
periodo di tempo.

La valvola VCP presenta le se-
guenti caratteristiche:
- Il corpo della valvola è in grado
di sopportare una sovrapres-
sione di P=1bar (10000 mm
H20, 100Kpa)
- La verniciatura dei dischi di
chiusura (dove presente) ha
spessore < 200 micron.
- Il corpo della valvola è dotato
di flangia e può essere colle-
gato direttamente al silo.
- E' comunque sempre fornito un
anello sottovalvola da saldare
al silo, dove poi andrà imbullo-
nata la valvola.
Una volta assemblata la macchi-
na garantisce la sola tenuta pol-
veri. L'impiego delle valvole in
presenza di polveri con caratte-
ristiche più s evere rispetto a
quelle precedentemente descrit-
te o in zone con diversa classifi-
cazione ricade sotto la diretta ed
esclusiva responsabilità dell'uti-
lizzatore.
