1. Remove the three eyebolts
and the three rubber gaskets
from the upper part of the
valve.
2. Remove the cap.
3. Using two adjustable wren-
ches slacken the two bolts
that block the negative pres-
sure spring.
4. Position the valve on a sur-
face as shown in the Figure.
5. Holding the screw head firm,
unscrew the two nuts com-
pletely. Then remove the flat
washer as well as the Belle-
ville washer.
6. Dismantle the negative pres-
sure unit completely, separa-
ting the bellows, spring, Belle-
ville washer below, flat was-
her, screw and plate.
7. Insert the flat washer, then
the Belleville washer and the
yellow c oloured spring, as
shown in the Figure, on the
130 mm long screw present
in the modification kit.
8. Complete the regulation unit
with the bellows and the other
Belleville washer.
9. Insert the assembled regula-
tion unit in the hole in the cen-
tre of the valve overpressu-
re disk, with the threaded part
projecting out from the side
of the gasket.
10.Holding the regulation unit, in-
sert the negative pressure
plate on the s crew shank
with the concave part facing
the valve, so that the plate
comes in c ontac t with the
seal glued on the back of the
disk.
11.Insert the flat washer on the
screw shank and then block
the regulation unit by screw-
ing the remaining nut ALL
THE WAY TO THE END OF
THE THREAD.
12.Refit the valve in the horizon-
tal position, refit the cover by
inserting it from the top, in-
sert the rubber gaskets and
sc rew the eyebolts all the
way in.

USO E MANUTENZIONE
1. Die drei Kranösen und die drei
Gummidichtungen vom obe-
ren Teil des Ventils entfernen.
2. Die Kappe entfernen.
3. Mit Hilfe von zwei einstellba-
ren Schraubenschlüsseln die
beiden Schraubbolzen lo-
ckern, mit denen die Unter-
druckfeder blockiert wird.
4. Die Klappe wie in der Abbil-
dung gezeigt auf einer geeig-
neten Oberfläche ablegen.
5. Den Kopf der Schraube fest-
halten und die beiden Muttern
ganz abs chrauben. Dann
auch die Flachscheibe und die
Senkscheibe herausziehen.
6. Die Unterdruckgruppe ganz
zerlegen, indem man Balg,
Feder,
die
Senksc heibe
darunter,
Flachsc heibe,
Schraube und Teller abtrennt.
7. Auf die 130 mm lange
Schraube, die sich im Umrüs-
tungs s atz
bef indet,
Flachs cheibe, danac h die
Senkscheibe und die Feder
gelber Farbe stecken, wie in
der Abbildung zu sehen ist.
8. Die Einstellgruppe mit dem
Balg und der anderen Senk-
scheibe vervollständigen.
9. Die gerade zusammengebau-
te Einstellgruppe in die Boh-
rung in der Mitte der Unter-
druckscheibe des Ventils ste-
cken und sicher-stellen, dass
der Gewindeteil auf der Seite
der Dichtung übersteht.
10.Die Einstellgruppe festhaltend
den Unterdruckteller auf den
Schaft der Schraube stecken,
und zwar so, dass der kon-
kave Teil in Richtung Ventil-
klappe zeigt, bis der Teller
selbst die Moosdichtung be-
rührt, die hinter der Scheibe
aufgeklebt ist.
11.Die Flachsc heibe auf den
Schraubens chaft s tec ken
und die Einstellgruppe dann
bloc kieren, indem man die
noch verbleibende Mutter BIS
Z UM GEWINDEENDE an-
schraubt.
12.Die Klappe wieder in die hori-
zontale Lage bringen, den De-
ckel von oben aufstecken, die
Gummidichtung einstecken
und die Kranösen bis zum An-
schlag anschrauben.

klíčů uvolněte dva šrouby, jenž
blokují podtlakovou pružinu.
4. Položte ventil na nějaký rovný
povrch viz. obrázek.
5. Držte hlavičku šroubu pevně
a
s oučas ně
odš roubujte
kompletně dvě matic e. Poté
ods traňte ploc hé podložky a
následně taliřové.
6.Zcela demontujte podtlakovou
jednotku , oddělte pláště, pružiny,
talířovou podložku pod pružinou,
plochou podložku, š roub a
destičku.
7.Nasaďte na šroub o délce 130
mm, který je dodán v modifikační
die
sadě, plochou podložku, poté
talířovou podložku a žlutou
pružinu, viz. obrázek .
8. Dokončete regulační jednotku
pomocí pláštů a další talířové
podložky.
9. Vložte smontovanou regulační
jednotku do otvoru ve středu
disku přetlakového ventilu, se
závitovou částí vyčnívající ven
z boku těsnění.
10. Držením regukační jednotky
vložte podtlakovou destičku na
dřík šroubu, tak aby vydutá část
s měřovala k ventilu a tím s e
des tička
bude
dotýkat
přilepeného těsnění na zadní
straně disku.
11. Vložte plochou podložku na
dřík šroubu a poté zablokujte
regulač ní
jednotku
pomoc í
zbývajíc ího
š roubu,
zašroubujte AŽ K ZÁVITU.
12.
Nasaďte
ventil
horizontální pozic e, zeshora
namontujte kryt , vložte gumová
těsnění a pevně zašroubujte
šrouby s okem.

1. Rimuovere i tre golfari e le tre
guarnizioni in gomma dalla

2. Rimuovere il cappello.
3. Con l'aiuto di due chiavi ingle-
si allentare i due bulloni che

4. Posizionare la valvola su di
un piano come da figura.
5. Tenendo ferma la testa della
vite, svitare completamente i
due dadi. Estrarre quindi an-
che la rondella piana e la ron-

6. Smontare completamente il
gruppo di depressione sepa-
rando soffietto, molla, rondel-
la a tazza sottostante, ron-
della piana, vite e piattello.
7. Inserire sulla vite di lunghez-
za 130 mm presente all'inter-

8. Completare il gruppo di rego-
lazione con il soffietto e l'al-
tra rondella a tazza.
9. Inserire il gruppo di regolazio-
ne appena assemblato nel
foro al centro del disco di so-
vrapressione della valvola,
portando la parte filettata a
sporgere dal lato della guar-
nizione.
10.Reggendo il gruppo di regola-
zione, infilare il piattello di de-
pressione sullo stelo della vite
con la parte concava rivolta
verso la valvola, fino a porta-
re a contatto il piattello stes-
so con la mousse di tenuta
incollata dietro al disco.
11.Inserire sullo stelo della vite
la rondella piana e poi bloc-
care il gruppo di regolazione

avvitando il rimanente dado
FINO A FINE FILETTO.

12.Rimettere la valvola in posi-
zione orizzontale, rimontare il
coperchio infilandolo dall'alto,
inserire le guarnizioni in gom-
ma e avvitare fino in fondo i
golfari.
