Spa acknowledges a 12-
months warrantee on products
manufactured by it. The period
comes into effect from the date
on the delivery note. The war-
rantee is not applic able for
breakages
and/or
defects
caused by incorrect installation
or use, or by incorrect mainte-
nance or modif ic ations made
without the manufacturer's per-
mission.
The warrantee is not applicable
to parts subject to normal wear
and to electrical parts.
Specifically, the warrantee laps-
es if the valve:
- has been tampered with or
modified;
- has been used incorrectly;

without
respecting; the limits indicated
in this Manual and/or has been
s ubjected
to
excess ive
mechanical stresses,
- has not be subjected to the
necessary maintenance or the
maintenance operations have
been c arried out only partly
and/or incorrectly,
- has been damaged owing to
negligence during transport,
installation and use;
, the spare parts inserted are not
genuine.
On receiving the product, the
customer must check to make
sure there are no defects or dam-
ages deriving from transport and/
or incompleteness of the supply.
The manufacturer must be im-
mediately informed of defects,
damage or incompleteness, if
any, in written, countersigned by
the carriers.

Záruka není uplatnitelná na

závady
způsobené nekorektní instalací
nebo užíváním. Záruka nebude
uplatnitelna ani na závady
vzniklé nesprávnou údržbou
nebo modifikacemi zařízení bez
povolení výrobce.
Záruka není uplatnitelná na díly
považované
za
běžně
opotřebitelné a na elektrické
komponenty.
Konkrétně,
záruka
bude
stornována v případě, že ventil:
- s ventilem bylo manipulováno
nebo byl modifikován.
- byl používán neoprávněným
způsobem
- byl používán bez dodržování
stanovených limitů uvedených v
tomto manuálu
a/nebo byl
vystaven nadměrné mechanické
námaze.
- nebyl podroben potřebné
údržbě nebo operace údržby
byly prováděny částečně a/nebo
nesprávným způsobem.
- byl poškozen kvůli zanedbání
bezpečnos ti během přepravy,
instalace a použitím.
- použité náhradní díly nejsou
originální
Při obdržení výrobku musí klient
zkontrolovat, zda nebylo zboží

Spa riconosce un peri-
odo di 12 mesi di garanzia sui
prodotti di propria costruzione. Il
periodo decorre dalla data della
bolla di consegna. La garanzia
non è applicabile a seguito di rot-
ture e/o difetti causati da errata
installazione o utilizzo, oppure da
manutenzioni non corrette o mo-
difiche apportate senza autoriz-
zazione del costruttore.
La garanzia non si estende alle
parti che si logorano in seguito
al normale uso e alle parti elettri-
che.
A miglior precisazione la garan-
zia decade nei casi in cui la val-
vola:
- sia stata manomessa o modifi-
cata,
- sia stata utilizzata non corret-
tamente,
- sia stata utilizzata non rispet-
tando i limiti indicati nel presen-
te manuale e/o sia stata sotto-
posta ad eccessive sollecita-
zioni meccaniche,
- non sia stato sottoposta alle ne-
cessarie manutenzioni o que-
ste siano state eseguite solo in
parte e/o non correttamente,
- abbia subito danni per incuria
durante il trasporto, l'installa-
zione e l'utilizzo,
- siano state inserite parti di ri-
cambio non originali.
Al ricevimento del prodotto, il de-
stinatario deve verificare che lo
stesso non presenti difetti o danni
derivanti dal trasporto e/o incom-
pletezza della fornitura.
Eventuali difetti, danni o incom-
pletezza vanno immediatamente
segnalati al costruttore median-
te comunicazione scritta e con-
trofirmata dal vettore.
