For any operation to be per-
formed on the machine (mainte-
nance and cleaning), the opera-
tors must use the special per-
sonal protection devices (PPD)
meant for the purpose.
- Antistatic safety footwear (cer-
tified).
- Antistatic protective clothing
(certified).
- Hard hats
- Antistatic cut-proof gloves.
- Protective masks
- Safety goggles (certified)
In addition, it is necessary to use
all the protection devices envis-
aged by the safety sheet of the
product handled.
NOTE: Do not act on the valve
during the working of the plant
(filling or emptying the silos). It is
dangerous to work with the limbs
inserted inside the VCP valve;
so work on the valve only when
s ilo filling/emptying is not in
progress.
If the filling/emptying operation
is controlled by a main panel, the
latter must be provided with a
saf ety key against accidental
start-up and the key must be kept
in the custody of a person in
charge of maintenance opera-
tions.

Bevor Sie irgendeinen Vorgang
(Reinigung oder Wartung) auf der
Maschine ausführen, müssen die
Bediener mit den angemessenen
persönlichen Schutzausrüstun-
gen (PSA) ausgestattet sein:
- unfallsicheres antistatisches
Schuhwerk (zertifiziert)
- antistatische Schutzkleidung
(zertifiziert)
- Schutzhelme
- antistatische Sc hnitts chutz-
Handschuhe
- Atemschutzmaske
- Schutzbrille (zertifiziert).
Außerdem sind alle Schutzvor-
richtungen zu benutzen, die im
Sicherheits datenblatt des be-
handelten Produkts vorgesehen
sind.
Anm.: Während des Betriebs der
Anlage (Befüllen oder Entleeren
des Silos) darf man keine Vor-
gänge an dem Ventil ausführen.
Es ist gefährlich, mit den Glied-
maßen innerhalb des Ventils VCP
zu arbeiten. Daher dürfen Ein-
griff e nur und aus schließlich
dann ausgeführt werden, wenn
der Silo weder gefüllt noch ent-
leert wird.
Wenn die Füll- oder Entleerungs-
anlage von einer Hauptschaltta-
fel her gesteuert wird, muss letz-
tere mit einem Sicherheitsschlüs-
sel gegen unbeabsichtigtes Ein-
schalten versehen sein und der
Schlüssel muss im Besitz der
Person sein, die den Wartungs-
vorgang ausführt.

náhodnému spuštění a tento klíč
musí být v úschově u osoby,
která má na starost údržbu.

Inoltre occorre utilizzare tutti i di-
spositivi di protezione previsti

prodotto trattato.
N.B.: Durante il funzionamento
dell'impianto (caric amento o
svuotamento del silos) è vietato

intervenire sulla valvola. E' peri-
coloso operare con gli arti all'in-
terno della valvola VCP, e per-
tanto occorre eseguire gli inter-
venti solo ed esclusivamente,
quando non sia in atto il carica-
mento o lo svuotamento del silo.
Se il sistema di caricamento o
svuotamento viene comandato
da un quadro generale, quest'ul-
timo deve essere provvisto di
chiave di sicurezza contro l'av-
viamento accidentale, e la chia-
ve deve essere in possesso della
persona che esegue l'operazio-
ne di manutenzione.
