1. Remove the three eyebolts
and the three rubber gaskets
on the upper part of the valve.
2. Remove the cap.
3. Remove the washers and rub-
ber gaskets from the upper
part of the three regulation
units.
Then unscrew the three nuts
holding them in place.
4. For each regulation unit, use
two adjustable wrenches to
slacken and completely un-
s crew the two nuts that
block
the
overpress ure
spring.
5. Remove the flat washers and
the Belleville washers from
the upper part of each regu-
lation unit.
6. Remove the three bellows.
7. Replace the grey standard
springs installed by the man-
ufacturer with the coloured
springs pres ent in the kit,
checking the external tag to
make sure the colour of the
spring corresponds to the se-
lected setting.
8. Reposition the bellows, Bel-
leville washers and flat wash-
ers on top of the springs, in
that order.
9. Adjus t eac h overpress ure
spring by screwing a nut UP
T O THE END OF THE
THREADING on reach regu-
lation unit. Then screw a lock
nut on each regulation unit,
tightening it by means of two
adjustable wrenches.
10.Complete each regulation unit
by repositioning in this order,
the remaining nut, flat wash-
er and rubber gasket.
11.Fit the cap by inserting it from
the top, insert the rubber gas-
kets and s crew down the
eyebolts all the way.

USO E MANUTENZIONE
1. Die drei Kranösen und die drei
Gummidichtungen vom obe-
ren Teil des Ventils entfernen.
2. Die Kappe entfernen.
3. Die Unterlegsc heiben und
Gummidichtungen vom obe-
ren Teil der drei Einstellgrup-
pen entfernen. Danach die
drei Muttern lösen, die diese
befestigen.
4. Für jede Einstellgruppe mit Hil-
f e von zwei verstellbaren
Schraubens chlüs seln die
Muttern, welche die Über-
druckfedern blockieren, lo-
ckern und dann entfernen.
5. Die Flachscheiben und die
Senkscheiben entfernen, in-
dem man sie aus dem oberen
Teil der Einstellgruppe her-
auszieht.
6. Die drei Bälge herausziehen.
7. Die grauen Standardfedern,
die werksseitig montiert sind,
durch die farbigen Federn er-
setzen, die im Federnsatz
vorhanden sind. Auf dem
außen angebrachten Typen-
schild nachlesen, ob die Far-
be der Feder der gewünsch-
ten Einstellung entspricht.
8. Dann auf den Federn die Bäl-
ge, die Senkscheiben und die
Flachscheiben in genau die-
ser Reihenfolge wieder an-
bringen.
9. Jede Überdruckfeder einstel-
len, indem man eine Mutter auf
jeder Einstellgruppe BIS ZUM
GEWINDEENDE einschraubt.
Danach auf jeder Einstell-
gruppe eine Gegenmutter mit
zwei verstellbaren Schrau-
benschlüs-seln anschrauben
und fest anziehen.
10.Jede Einstellgruppe vervoll-
ständigen, indem man die rest-
liche Mutter, die Flachschei-
be und die Gummidichtung in
dies er Reihenf olge wieder
anbringt.
11.Den Deckel von oben aufset-
zen, die Gummidichtungen
einstek-ken und die Kranösen
festschrauben.

podložky a
gumová těsnění z horní části
tří regulačních jednotek. Poté
odšroubujte tři matice, jenž je
upevňují.
4. Pro každou regulační
jednotku
použijte
dva
francouzské klíče k povolení a
uplného odšroubování dvou
matic, které blokují přetlakovou
pružinu.
5.Odstraňte ploché a talířové
podložky z horní části každé
regulační jednotky.
6. Odstraňte tři pláště
7. Nahraďte standardní šedé
pružiny instalované výrobcem
barevnými
pružinami
dodanými v sadě a zkontrolujte
vnější štítek, zda barva pružiny
odpovídá
požadovanému
nastavení.
8.Znovu
nasaďte
pláš tě,
talířové a ploché podložky na
vrch pružiny v tomto pořadí.
9. Na každé regulační jednotce
s eřiďte každou přetlakovou
pružinu utáhnutím matic AŽ K
ZÁVITU. Poté zašroubujte na
každé regulač ní
jednotc e
pojistnou matici a utáhněte ji
pomocí francouzského klíče.
10.
Dokonč ete
každou
regulační jednotku umístěním v
daném pořadí : zbývajíc í
matic e, ploc há podložka a
gumové těsnění.
11. Nas aďte kryt ses hora,
vložte gumové těsnění a zcela
zašroubujte šrouby s okem.

1. Rimuovere i tre golfari e le tre
guarnizioni in gomma dalla
parte superiore della valvola.
2. Rimuovere il cappello.
3. Sfilare le rondelle e le guarni-
zioni in gomma dalla parte su-
periore dei tre gruppi di rego-
lazione. In seguito svitare i tre
dadi che le sostenevano.
4. Per ogni gruppo di regolazio-
ne, con l'aiuto di due chiavi
ingles i, allentare e s vitare
completamente i due dadi che
bloccano la molla di sovra-
pressione.
5. Rimuovere le rondelle piane
e le rondelle a tazza estraen-
dole dalla parte superiore di
ogni gruppo di regolazione.
6. Sfilare i tre soffietti.
7. Sostituire le molle standard
grigie installate dalla c asa
madre con le molle colorate
presenti nel kit, verificando
sulla targhetta esterna che il
colore delle molle corrispon-
da al settaggio prescelto.
8. Ripos izionare nell'ordine i
soffietti, le rondelle a tazza e
le rondelle piane sopra alle
molle.
9. Regolare ogni molla di sovra-
pressione avvitando FINO A
FINE FILETTO un dado su
ogni gruppo di regolazione. In
seguito, avvitare su ogni grup-
po di regolazione un contro-
dado serrandolo con l'aiuto di
due chiavi inglesi.
10.Completare ogni gruppo di re-
golazione riposizionando in
quest'ordine il restante dado,
la rondella piana e la guarni-
zione in gomma.
11.Montare il coperchio infilan-
dolo dall'alto, inserire le guar-
nizioni in gomma e avvitare
fino in fondo i golfari.
