DISASSEMBLY OF THE VALVE
FROM THE CONNECTOR SPOUT
- Remove the flange fixing nuts
DIS MANT LING OF SPRINGS
AND DIAPHRAGMS
1. Unscrew eyebolts and remove
cover.
2. Unscrew upper nuts from 3 ex-
ternal screws (Fig. 6).
3. Remove (in this order): spac-
ers, bellows and springs.
4. Slip off the two m em branes
from the three external screws.
5. Unscrew the upper nuts from
the central screw and remove
(in this order): spacer, bellows
and central spring (if replac-
ing the central spring and/or
m embrane).
RE-ASSEMBLY
Depending on the type of action
carry out the operations de-
scribed earlier in reverse order
by paying special attention to:
1. Position the diaphragms cor-
rectly ensuring that their gas-
kets adhere to the relative sup-
porting surface.
2. Place the springs and guide
washers at the centre of the
threaded adjustment rods.
3. Tighten the nuts on the ad-
justment screws correctly to
the end of the thread. The fi-
nal height between plate and
washer (A, see Figure) must
be about 67 ± 4 mm for size
273 and about 104 ± 8 mm for
size 375.
4. Fit the cover after placing the
rubber washer in the correct
pos ition to prevent water
seepage.
5. Tighten the lifting eyebolts
correctly.

- Die Befestigungsm uttern des
Flansches entfernen.
DEMONTAGE VON FEDERN UND
MEMBRANEN
1. Ringmuttern lösen und Wetter-
haube entfernen.
2. Obere 3 Muttern entfernen (Fig.
6).
3. In Reihenfolge entfernen:

Kompensatoren sowie Federn
zwecks eventuellem Austausch.
4. Die 2 Membranen zwecks even-
tuellem Austausch von den
außenliegenden 3 Schrauben
abziehen.
5. Muttern von der m ittigen
Schraube entfernen und in
Reihenfolge
entfernen:

Kompensator und zentrale Fe-
der und/oder zentrale Memb-
ran zum eventuellen Aus-
tausch.
ZUSAMMENBAU
Je nach dem Typ des ausgeführ-
ten Eingriffs die vorstehend be-
schriebenen Vorgänge in der um-
gekehrten Reihenfolge ausführen,
wobei besonders auf folgendes zu
achten ist:
1. Die Membranen korrekt anord-
nen, wobei sicherzustellen ist,
dass die Dichtungen derselben
an der Auflagefläche anhaften.
2. Die Federn und die Führungs-
scheiben in der Mitte der re-
gelnden Gewindestangen an-
ordnen.
3. Die Muttern auf den Stellschrau-
ben korrekt anziehen, d.h. bis
zum Ende des Gewindes. Die
Endhöhe zwischen der Platte
und der Unterlegscheibe (A,
siehe Abbildung) muss für die
Baugröße 273 circa 67 ± 4 mm
und für die Baugröße 375 circa
104 ± 8 mm betragen.
4. Den Deckel montieren und die
Gummischeiben wieder in der
korrekten Position einlegen,
damit W asserinfiltrationen ver-
mieden werden.
5. Die Ringschrauben korrekt an-
ziehen.

- Odstraňte matice upevňující

1. Odšroubujte šrouby s okem a
sejměte ochranný kryt
2. Odšroubujte horní matice ze 3
vnějších šroubů (obr. 6)
3. Vyjměte (v tomto pořadí)
distanční vložky, pláště a pružiny
4. Sejměte dvě membrány ze 3
vnějších šroubů
5. Odšroubujte horní matice ze
středního šroubu a vyjměte (v
tomto pořadí) distanční vložku,
plášť a střední pružinu (pokud
chcete měnit střední pružinu a/
nebo membránu)
OPĚTOVNÁ MONTÁŽ
Montáž ventilu se provádí podle
kroků

opač ném pořadí při dodržení
následujících zásad:
1. Membrána se musí usadit tak,
aby těsnění dobře lícovalo na
těsnící plochy ventilu.
2. Poloha pružin a distančních
vložek
mus í
být
dobře
vyc entrována
vzhledem
seřizovacím šroubům.
3. Nastavovací matice řádně
dotáhněte v souladu s hodnotami
v tabulkách nastavení. Konečná
výška mezi distanční vložkou a
talířem (A, viz. obr.) musí být v
rozmezí mezi 67 ± 4 mm pro
velikost 273 a mezi 104 ± 8 mm
pro velikost 375.
4. Nasaďte ochranný kryt na
pryžové podložky tak, aby
těsnily proti vniknutí vody do
ventilu
-5. Našroubujte správně šrouby
s okem.

- Rimuovere i dadi di fissaggio
della flangia.
SMONTAGGIO DELLE MOLLE E
DELLE MEMBRANE
1. Svitare i golfari di sollevamen-
to e rimuovere il coperchio.
2. Svitare i dadi posti nella parte
superiore delle tre barre filet-
tate esterne
3. Rimuovere nell'ordine: rondel-
le di guida, soffietti e molle
(per l'eventuale sostituzione
delle molle stesse).
4. Sfilare le due membrane dalle
tre barre filettate esterne (per
l'eventuale sostituzione delle
stesse).
5. Svitare i dadi posti sulla parte
superiore della vite centrale
e rimuovere nell'ordine: ron-
della di guida, soffietto e mol-
la centrale (per sostituzione
di molla e/o membrana cen-
trale).
RIMONTAGGIO
Seguire in base al tipo di inter-
v
vento effettuato le operazioni ci-
tate precedentem ente nell'ordi-
n e
inverso prestando particolare at-
tenzione a:
1. Posizionare correttamente le
membrane assicurandosi che
le guarnizioni delle stesse
aderiscano al relativo piano

di appoggio.
2. Collocare le molle e le rondelle
di guida al centro delle barre
filettate di regolazione.
3. Serrare i dadi sulle viti di rego-
lazione in modo corretto arri-
vando fino a fine filetto. L'al-
tezza finale fra piattello e ron-
della (A, vedi figura) deve
essere di circa 67 ± 4 mm per
la taglia 273 e di circa 104 ± 8
mm per la taglia 375.
4. Montare il coperchio rimetten-
do le rondelle in gomma nella
corretta posizione onde evi-
tare infiltrazioni di acqua.
5. Serrare correttamente i golfa-
ri di sollevamento.
