MAINTENANCE
Failure to follow the instruc-
tions strictly can cause prob-
lems and invalidate the war-
rantee
on
the
machines
supplied.
PERIODIC INSPECTIONS RE-
QUIRED
Before any kind of operation,
set the machine in safety
status.
For working on the valve on the
silo first clean the inside of the
valve and then the surrounding
area, taking care to avoid throw-
ing up dust.
The following indications must be
strictly followed:
On a weekly basis:
- Check f or dust in the area
around the valve, remove the
cover to clean encrustation that
may be present, check to make
s ure the two membranes
moves freely.
- Check to make sure the outlet
is clear of material residues: if
necessary, clean to remove all
obstruction in the material pas-
sage.
M onthly basis
- Check the basket for wear, es-
pecially with granular products
which can be the c ause for
rapid wear. In s uch c as es ,
contact the Manufacturer.
Every six months
- Check to ensure perfect legi-
bility and condition of the rat-
ing plate. In case of obvious
deterioration contact the Man-
ufacturer for a copy.
Yearly
- Carry out complete revision of
the valve (see disassembly/re-
assembly) with replacement of
the membranes and thorough
cleaning of all the elements af-
ter revision.
Every 2 years:
- In any c as e, replac e the
springs, bellows and all the
gaskets present.

Wenn die folgenden Anweisun-
gen nicht strickt beachtet wer-
den, kann das zu Problemen und
zum Verfall der auf die Maschi-
nen gelieferten Garantie führen.
ERFORDERLICHE REGELMÄS-
SIGE KONTROLLEN
Vor der Ausführung jeder belie-
bigen Arbeit das Gerät in siche-
ren Zustand versetzen.
Am Ende jedes Eingriffs am Ven-
til auf dem Silo ist die Innenrei-
nigung des Ventils und des Be-
rei chs ri ngsum vorzunehm en.
Dabei darauf achten, dass keine
in der Luft verbreiteten Staubwol-
ken entstehen.
Die folgenden Angaben sind sorg-
fältig zu beachten:
Wöchentlich:
- Den Bereich rings um das Ven-
til auf das Vorhandensein von
Staub prüfen. Den Deckel ab-
nehmen, um etwaige Verkrustun-
gen zu entfernen. Sicherstellen,
dass di e bei den Mem branen
sich frei bewegen können.
- Sicherstellen, dass der Auslauf
frei von Materialrückständen ist:
Wenn er es nicht ist, muss eine
gründl ic he Rei ni gung vorge-
nommen werden, um zu vermei-
den, dass das Material nic ht
mehr befördert werden kann.
Monatlich:
- Den Verschleißzustand der Dich-
tung prüfen, insbesondere bei
körnigem Schüttgut, das zum
schnellen Verschleiß der Dich-
tung führen kann. In diesen Fäl-
len wenden Sie sich an den Her-
steller.
Halbjährlich:
- Sicherstellen, dass das Schild
gut leserlich und unbeschädigt
ist. Wenn es nicht mehr in Ord-
nung i st , best el len S i e ei n
neues Exemplar beim Herstel-
ler.
Jährlich:
- Eine umfassenden Überholung
des Ventils vornehm en (siehe
Ausbau/W iedereinbau) und die
Membranen ersetzen. Nach der
Überholung si nd al le Teil e
gründlich zu reinigen.
Alle 2 Jahre:
- Die Feder, die Bälge und alle
vorhandenen Dichtungen sind
auf jeden Fall zu ersetzen.

KONTROLA ZAŘÍZENÍ
Před jakýmkoliv z ásahem
uveďte
z aříz ení
bezpečnostního stavu.
Aby bylo možné pracovat na
ventilu umístěného na silu, je
nutné vyčistit vnitřek ventilu a
poté okolní prostředí. Dávejte
pozor nerozvyřovat prach.
Je nutné dodržovat následující
postupy:
Jednou týdně
- Zkontrolujte, zda není rozvýřen
prach v okolí ventilu. Sejměte
ochranný kryt z ventilu, aby bylo
možné ods tranit usazeniny.
Zkontrolujte hladký chod dvou
membrán.
- Zkontrolujte, zda výpust je čistá
a neobsahuje zbytkový materiál;
pokud je to nezbytné vyčistěte
ji,
aby
se
zabránilo
neprochůdnosti materiálu během
provozu.
Jednou měsíčně
- Zkontrolujte stav opotřebení
těs nění. Zvláš tě pak pokud
zprac ováváte
granulovaný
materiál, jenž způsobují rychlejší
opotřebení těsnění. V takovém
případě kontaktujte výrobce.
Každých 6 měsíců
- Zkontrolujte perfektní čitelnost
a stav výkonnostního štítku. V
případě zřetelného poškození
požádejte výrobce o novou kopii.
Jednou ročně
vyžaduje
ventil
podrobnou
prohlídku (viz. odstavec montáž
a demontáž),
výměnu membrán a vyčištění
jednotlivých dílů po revizi.
Každé dva roky
- v každém případě vyměnit
pružiny, těsnění a pláště

Alla fine di ogni intervento della
valvola sul contenitore, proce-
dere alla pulizia interna della val-
vola e alla bonifica della zona cir-
c os tante avendo cura di non
provocare nubi aerodisperse.
E' necessario seguire scrupolo-
samente le seguenti indicazioni:
Settimanalmente:
- Controllare la presenza di pol-
vere nella zona circostante alla
valvola, togliere il coperchio per
rimuovere eventuali incrosta-
zioni, verificare la libertà di mo-
vimento delle due membrane.
- Verificare se lo scarico è libero
da residui di materiale: se non
lo è pulire accuratamente per
evitare ogni ostruzione al pas-
saggio di materiale.

- Controllare lo stato di usura del-
la guarnizione, specialmente
con prodotti granulari che pos-
sono essere causa della rapi-
da usura della stessa. In tali
casi contattare il Costruttore.
Sem estr alme nte
- Verificare la perfetta leggibilità
ed integrità della targhetta. In
caso di deterioramento eviden-
te richiedere copia al Costrut-
tore.
Annualmente:
- Effettuare la revisione comple-
ta della valvola (vedi smontag-
gio / rimontaggio) con sostitu-
zione delle membrane e pulizia
accurata di tutti gli elementi
dopo la revisione.
Ogni 2 anni:
- Effettuare comunque la sosti-
tuzione delle molle, dei soffietti
e di tutte le guarnizioni presen-
ti.
