3.Operations involved in lifting,
transport, installation at the site,
commissioning, checking the
stability and working, routine
and extraordinary mainte-
nance, etc. must be performed
by qualified, authorized per-
sonnel who must operate in
acc ordance with the indica-
tions given in this Manual and
in compliance with the safety
regulations in force.
4.It is forbidden to carry out main-
tenance, repairs or modifica-
tions with the machine running.
Before carrying out any oper-
ation, disconnect all the elec-
trical and compressed air sup-
plies that may be connected
direc tly or indirec tly to the
valve.
5.Before proceeding with instal-
lation of the VCP valve, the
plant technician/installer must
check the pressure and nega-
tive pres sure for whic h the
VCP valve has been calibrated
(values indicated on the rating
plate) to make sure these are
within the limits tolerated by the
container on which the valve
is to be applied.
6.Installation of the VCP valve by
the installer/plant technician
must be done according to the
indic ations of the f ollowing
Manual. The installer/plant tech-
nician must carry out the func-
tional check as well as the ad-
justment and check the correct
positioning.
7.Disassembly/assembly opera-
tions, if any, of the valve are
only perf ormed f or mainte-
nance and/or cleaning and
must be carried out only by
authorized persons qualified
for such operations: the indi-
cations necessary for disas-
sembly of some parts of the
valve are attached to the User
manual.

3.Vorgänge wie das Heben, der
Transport, die Installation auf
der Baustelle, die Inbetriebnah-
me, die Stabilitäts- und Be-
triebsprüfungen, die laufenden
und außerordentlichen W ar-
tungs arbeiten us w. müs sen
durch qualifiziertes und befug-
tes Personal ausgeführt wer-
den, das gemäß der Anweisun-
gen dieses Handbuchs und
unter Beachtung der geltenden
Sicherheitsbestimmungen vor-
gehen muss.
4.Das Ausführen von Wartungs-
arbeiten, Reparaturen oder
Änderungen bei laufender Ma-
schine ist verboten. Vor jedem
Vorgang ist es vorgeschrie-
ben, alle elektrischen und pneu-
matischen Versorgungen ab-
zutrennen, die direkt oder indi-
rekt am Ventil angeschlossen
werden können.
5.Bevor man das Ventil VCP in-
stalliert, muss der Anlagenbau-
er/Ins tallateur s icherstellen,
dass der Druck/Unterdruck, auf
den das Ventil VCP eingestellt
worden ist (siehe W erte auf
Typenschild) innerhalb der To-
leranzgrenzen des Silos liegen,
auf dem das Ventil angebracht
wird.
6.Die Installation des Ventils VCP
seitens des Installateurs/Anla-
genbauers ist gemäß der An-
gaben des folgenden Hand-
buchs vorzunehmen. Der In-
stallateur/Anlagenbauer muss
sowohl die Funktionsprüfung
als auch die Einstellung und
eine Kontrolle auf korrekte Po-
sitionierung vornehmen.
7.Etwaige Montage- und Demon-
tagevorgänge von Teilen des
Ventils dürfen nur zur Zwe-
cken der W artung oder Reini-
gung vorgenommen werden,
und zwar durch qualifiziertes
Personal, das zu diesen Vor-
gängen befugt ist: Die für Mon-
tage und Demontage erforder-
lichen Vorgänge der Teile des
Ventils liegen der Betriebsan-
leitung bei.

5. Před provedením instalace
VCP ventilu, osoba instalující
zařízení musí zkontrolovat tlak
a podtlak, na jaký byl ventil
vykalibrován
(hodnoty
uvedené na výkonnostním
štítku) a ujistit se, že tlaky jsou
v rozmezí tolerovaných limitů
zásobníku, na který je ventil
namontován.

7. Montáž/demontáž částí
ventilu musí být provedeny
pouze za úč elem údržby a
čištění a mohou být provedeny
pouze
autorizovaným
personálem kvalifikovaným k
těmto úkonům.
Instrukce potřebné k demontáži
některých částí ventilu jsou
připojeny v manuálu.

4.É vietato manutentare, esegui-
re riparazioni o modifiche con
la macchina in funzione. Prima
di ogni operazione è obbligato-
rio scollegare tutte le alimenta-
zioni elettriche o pneumatiche
che possono essere collegate
direttamente o indirettamente
alla valvola.
5.Prima di procedere all'installa-
zione della valvola VCP l'im-
piantista / ins tallatore dovrà
aver cura di verificare che la
pressione e la depressione a
cui è stata tarata la valvola
VCP (valori indicati in targhet-
ta) siano entro i limiti tollerati
dal contenitore su cui la valvo-
la andrà applicata.
6.L'ins tallazione della valvola
VCP da parte dell'installatore /
impiantista deve essere ese-
s
guita secondo le indicazioni del
seguente manuale. L'installato-
re / impiantista dovrà provve-
dere sia alla verifica funziona-
le che alla regolazione e ad un
controllo del corretto posizio-
namento.
7.Eventuali operazioni di smon-
taggio e montaggio di parti del-
la valvola sono effettuate sol-
tanto per scopi di manutenzio-
ne o di pulizia e possono esse-
re eseguite solo da personale
qualificato ed abilitato per tali
operazioni: le indicazioni ne-
cessarie per il montaggio e lo
smontaggio di alcuni pezzi del-
la valvola sono allegate al ma-
nuale d'uso.
